MCW to FSD KOCHI Site C for the year 2024 25 SUBHEAD Replacement of existing AC sheet roofing with pre coated galvanised iron profile sheet roofing for all 6 mini godowns and renovation of Mini 5 godown

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: Asbestos sheet .

Providing and fixing Green colour pre-coated galvanised iron profile sheets (size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required( Analysed based on DSR 2023 Item No.12.50)

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete :Ridges plain (500 - 600mm)

Providing and fixing radial exhaust turbo ventilator (extraction capacity of minimum 100 cft per minute air circulated fan of 22" throat dia wind ventilator with FRP base plate) including cost of fixing turbo/ wind ventilators on new 0.510mm thick pre-coated GI profile sheet roofing on godown roof including cost of transportation of all materials, tools and plants, fixtures/fastenings, labour insurance safet measures etc., and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge inlcuding guarantee for turbo ventilator of minimum 3 years and performance warranty etc., complete.

Dismantling steel work manually/by mechanical means in builit up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Item No. 15.19 of DSR 2023)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. completeHot finished welded type tubes(Item No. 10.16.1 of DSR 2023)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar,ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar work (Item No. 10.25.2 of DSR 2023)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls,walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters,columns, piers,abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses,parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets,sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering,shuttering and finishing :1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) .

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down guage),finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand as per standard design: In 75X75 mm deep chase

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid seperately) Second class teak wood (Item no. 9.1.1 of DSR 2023)

Providing and fixing glazed shuttes for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes (weigth not less that 10 kg per sqm) fixing with ISI marked M.S.Pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. Second class teak wood 30 mm thick (Item no. 9.9.1.2 of DSR 2023)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm. (Item no. 14.5.1 of DSR 2023)

Extra for providing and fixing wind ties of 40x 6 mm flat iron section.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below (Item No.15.12.1 of DSR 2023)

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directedby Engineer-in-charge.( Item No.15.57 of DSR 2023)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.In cement mortar

Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge( Item No.14.82 of DSR 2023)
