Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for taking out/for laying under ground cables/pipes etc and getting out any type soil all as dircted

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n-exc 25 cm

Removing excavated soil to a distance n-exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point

Supply and spreading fine river sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable/filling cable ducts all as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site Note : - Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose

Supply and laying common burnt clay building bricks sub class "B" designation 75 old size bricks for cable protection

Relaying the burnt bricks/cable cover in the trenches for cable protection obtain from item No-34

Supply and jointing straight through joint kit epoxy type suitable for 3.5/4 core 35 sq mm 1100 volts for under ground cable any type complete including ferrules as per required size of Make M Seal /Denson/Raychem

M&L for cutting out concrete blocks, slabs, brick work or stone masonary (in alternative course) forming, toothings for and bonding new work in mortar into old work, including new materials entering old wall set in cement mortor 1:6 with pre cast cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) all as directed and specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete type C2(1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work and finishing exposed surface/white washing all as directed.

Taking out the LT air circuit breakers up to 800 Amps capacity AC 440 volts from existing panel for repairs and replacement of worn out parts including complete servicing and refixing in original position testing & commissioning complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Spares will be measured and paid separately

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc.as required.

Disconecting of cables from HT VCB panel cheking of earth fault and over current relays testing of relays with the help of relay testing kit (boosting Kit) and resetting of relays as per desire load current reconnecting the cables ,including calibaration of relays, for proper tripping and functioning and replacement of U/S parts if required and testing complete for tripping all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note: Spares required for replacement will be paid and measured separately)

Taking out the sample of transformer oil from bottom portion of each transformer at various locations for checking the di-electric strength and acidity test of oil for the presence of moisture, impurities etc before and after including dehydration (filtration) of transformer oil through mobile filtration plant to be toed to respective location duly connecting inlet/outlet to the machinery by switching off HT power supply taking all safety precautions, so as to achieve di-electric strength not less than 40 KV per minute repturing capacity, switch on supply including commissioning of transformer all as directed.

Supply, fill and topping up transformer oil duly tested for proper di electric strength,upto desired marked level after heating up oil in each transfomer HT switch gear all as directed.

M&L for replacement of silica gel of transformer breather all as directed.

Supply only electric rubber hand gloves 11 KV

Supply only HT digital type ammeter suitable for CT ratio 40/80 Amps including wiring and taking out u/s ammeter all as specified and direct.

Supply and fixing PT fuse 11000 volts 2 Amps capacity.

M&L for spray painting distribution transformer after removing the existing oil stains by paint removers, cleaning with scrapers, preparing surface and painting with two coats of grey synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl writing SM/MES No whith white enamel paint all as directed for upto 630 KVA capacity transformer.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
