Turbine Side
Checking of shaft bend with master level and checking of shaft run out.
Checking of turbine guide bearing clearance, radial guide bearing clearance, blue matching and polishing.
Checking of thrust pad clearance, blue matching and polishing.
GearBox
Gear box oil seal replacement after dismantling the gear box collar sleeve. Roller bearing and tooth inspection and cleaning (including cost of puller)
After alignment, doweling of gear box for reference and shim adding for alligning.
GENERATOR
Bearing inspection of non drive end, Drive end and Thrust bearing inspection , polishing and blue matching. Rebabitting of bearing pads if required
FULL ALIGNMMENT OF THE MACHINE WITH RESPECT TO TURBINE
Allignment of generator rotor & shaft with thrust area as base reference, using manual or mechanical means including tightning of foundation bolts of gear box, NDE & DE, adding shims as required, mounting the upper casing of all bearings etc making the machine ready for operation.
Checking rotor & Stator axis for magnetic axis and air gap corrections. Sufficient corrections has to be done as per the requirment.
Optional Work (If required after verifying the site condition)
Thrust collar machining or polishing both side. Including machining of turbine shaft thrust collar if required, which include the decoupling of turbine shaft at thrust bearing side. Dismantling of the runner servo pipe inside the shaft for controlling the runner and transporting it to lathe work shop. Reconditioning, reassembling and alligning the shaft.
RUNNER OPTIONAL WORK(IF IT IS NECESSARY DURING SHAFT LEVELING AND ALIGNMENT)
Retofitting of runnr chamber (Top half portion) and Runner.
OPTIONAL WORK (IF IT IS NECESSARY)
Rebabittting of bearing pads.
Provisions for fabricating of all dowel pin according to required size for where ever necessary, Supply of shim of required size for allignment corrections. Provisions for special tools for dismantling and rettofitting the machine. Including supply of "O" rings and damaged seals.
