Taking out / down old unserviceable LT under ground cable of following sizes:- (a) 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(b) 70 sqmm 3.5 core

M&L for LT under ground cable 1100 V grade XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heave duty armoured with multy standed aluminium condutors laid in trenches / ducts through pipe or fixed to poles / walls etc of the following sizes all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(b) 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core

Taking out / down old unserviceable LT under ground cable of following sizes:- (a) 120 Sqmm 3.0 Core

(a) 70 Sqmm 3.0 Core

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of following size all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(a) 120 Sqmm 3.0 core

(b) 95 Sqmm 3.0 Core

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr in depth in foundation or for laying of pipes / cable not exc.10 Sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25Cm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated soil not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 40 to 50 mm thick roughly hammer dressed Jodhpur stone slab cover 25 cm to 30 cm wide and not less than 60 cm long dry laid abutting each other with gap between adjacenet slabs not exceeding 10 mm for protection of underground cable etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling in treanches for cable cushioning with clean dry fine sand unwashed locally available including gently punning around cable etc complete all as specified and as directed.(NOTE :- Punned thickness of sand will be measured and paid.)

M&L for GI pipe light grade of 50mm bore with necessary fittings laying in treanches, floors, fixed to wall/poles all as reqd at site and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for GI pipe light grade of 100mm bore with necessary fittings laying in treanches, floors, fixed to wall/poles all as reqd at site and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable LT Jointing kit 70-95 Sqmm 3.5 core etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 .5 / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 95 Sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable HT Jointing kit of any size etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable earthings including its connected accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chemical earthing with copper plate 90cm x 60cm x 5mm thick electrode buried directly in Ground (Earth pit not less than 3.60mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.85 mtrs below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 50mm x 5mm (as earth lead) by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers complete including 50mm bore GI tubing medium grade upto 7.5mtrs long, excavation in any type of strata, PCC 1: 3 : 6 type CI earthing chamer/pre cast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabricated funnel wire, GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade wire mesh complete all as specified and connected to electric panel board/test point shown in earth plate No 5 of SSR-I 1991 and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge”.Note:-(i) The rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to be included for provn of all Excavation and Earthwork in any typeof soil,PCC in pit,Precast RCC cover,funnel and watering pipe.

M&L for Test Point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8 mm dia 25 mm long head screw fixed properly etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Copper strips 32 x 6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof and down conductors above ground etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Porcelain Insulator suitable for copper strips size 32 x 6 mm properly fixed on wall and roof etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out LT panel from existing site for repair etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of MS sheet 16 SWG( 1.6 mm ) and fabrication of back side cover of LT panel including cutting to required size and shape fixing in position by bending, welding all as required for proper functioning of LT panel shutters including two coats of coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out burnt MCCB's from existing control panels of any size etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 4 Pole MCCB 100 to 125 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 35 KA etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 4 Pole MCCB 160 to 200 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 35 KA etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable change over switch of any size from the existing panel etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures TPN of capacity 160 Amps etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures TPN of capacity 400Amps etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures TPN of capacity 125Amps etc complete all as specified and as directed.
