Dismantling and taking down security light, street light, hanger light, flood light and high mast lights of any type at any height fittings such as HPSV/HPMV/MH/LED light of 48 Watt, 60 watt 70/72 watt, 90 watt, 120 watt, 150 watt, 200 watt and 300 watt of any make etc. AC 230 volts any wattage from pole/wall roof top/hanger roof including washing/cleaning of perplex cover inspection for location of fault and replacing of defective speare/parts required for smooth functioning, tighting of electric connection complete and assembling and reconnecting all as per site requirment all as specified and directed. Note: Defective spares/parts of relevant light fitting shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc and locate the fault, rectify the defect and relaying the same cable 1100 volts including connecting and testing for any size complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Excavation/earth work & sand cushioning, bricks and joint shall be measured & paid separately).

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable of any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc.

Dismantling and taking down old unsv PCC LT pole and Supply, fix and erection of PCC pole 9.0 mtr long in true vertical position 102x172 mmm at top 102x279 mm at bottom class-10 incl providing black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternate upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Dismantling and taking down old unsv Steel tublar LT pole and Supply, fix and erection of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 , 09 meter long, providing synthetic enamel aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide and black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternatively upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip, incl arrangement of galvanised/Mild steel circular lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 5 luminares symmetrically on steel tubular poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Description as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

Supply and fixing in replacement of stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 230x230x6 mm, stay rod 215 cm long and 16 mm dia with nuts incl GI bow turn buckle, GI stay wire, Loop type insulator etc all as per electrical plate No 1 or SSR part 1 and as directed incl taking down old unsv complete and directed. Note: loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured and paid separately.

Dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete incl cutting, welding complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour in replacement of cross arms,bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape of size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primercoat, one under coat and one finishing coat of enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down old u/s earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 32x6 mm GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm bore medium grade and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering and 40mm bore GI protection pipe (light grade), funnel, wire mesh, cast iron cover and frame etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Trimming of Tree branches falls into OH lines of HT/LT & minimum clearance of 3 Mtr from branches ,proper shutdown will be taken and maintained in the register complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of aluminium terminals (thimbles) after cutting the worn out/faulty cable end from LT pillar/panel box including necessary earth work for taking out the cable from loop line, returning, filling in and making cable lead by providing aluminium lugs including crimping with crimping tools in the existing LT cable 25 Sqmm 4 core upto 50 Sqmm including necessary connection all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cement base paint for PCC pole 9 mtr including black & white strips alternatively 30cm each from coping upto 1.5 mtr height starting with black strip using synthetic enamel paint and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including cross arms, bracing supports, clamps, eye hooks, security light bracket, clamp etc incl repairing and painting on coping with cement base white paint complete all as directed. Supply and fixing in replacement of on load change over switch with sheet steel Enclosure 415 V, 4 pole, 100 Amps capacity fixed on walls for electric supply distribution between main and DG set incl necessary connection of cable from LT panels to change over switches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of on load change over switch with sheet steel Enclosure 415 V, 4 pole, 200 Amps capacity fixed on walls/MS frame/pole/LT panel for electric supply distribution between main and DG set incl necessary connection of cable from LT panels to change over switches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of on load change over switch with sheet steel Enclosure 415 V, 4 pole, 315 Amps capacity fixed on walls/MS frame/pole/LT panel for electric supply distribution between main and DG set incl necessary connection of cable from LT panels to change over switches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Chemical spray (DC>2.26 having container 415 ml/300g for precision blended multipurpose product for prevents corrosion penetrates, lubricants, displaces and seals out moisture release rusted mechanisam cleanese etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacementnof junction box shall be insulated and made out of polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced. The size in mm should be not less then 225 X 295 X 112 cat. part no KF350B. The polycarbonate Junction box shall be environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. The Junction jox shall be rated for degree of Ingress protection IP 66/67 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material shall be polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The Junction box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998-1, IEC 60998-2-1, IEC 60670 –22 & IEC 60670 – 2-5. The manufacturer of junction box shall submit a copy of IEC certificate. For better safety the polycarbonate enclosure shall be fire retardant & self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-11, DIN VDE 0304 Part 3, UL subject 94 for flammability V-2. It should be tested at glow wire test for 960 deg. Cent. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures i.e. the degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08 including 6 amp MCB and mounting clamp complete all as specified and directed. Supply & fixing in replacement of Automatic Street Light Control Switch with Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH & Voltage Monitoring System (VMS). Three phase, 25 Amps per phase, MCB rating 32 Amp, max load 8-12 kw incl circuit copper wire 10 sq.mm. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 60 Lux and for switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 to max. 12 hrs. VMS should have Adjustable Over & Under Voltage Trip level and Protection against Phase Loss, Neutral Loss & Phase Reverse. The Sensor & VMS along with suitable Power Contactor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable Enclosure made of Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade SMC Junction box conforming to IP54. The circuit should also have provision for Manual Operation (i.e. By-Pass Option for both Sensor (NS-02) and VMS). Madel :Swadeep-02EC-8kW3P-VMS complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour in replacement of broken earth pit of size 300x300x300 mm made of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, and earth pit cover made out of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars, earthing marked with indication @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways with handle made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and including reconnecting of earth lead of any type with new nuts, bolts and washers as required at site with testing result all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs of stay by tightening of stay wire after untying the conductor spans from the poles to make correct tensions and maintain verticality of poles, including re-jointing the conductors in position with new binding wire all as specified and directed.

Repairing of existing unserviceable PCC coping of LT/HT pole by breaking completely and material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 600X600X300mm including form work and applying two coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Indicator any type any colour and supply and fixing new Indicator red/yellow/green including making electrical connection with suitable size of copper lugs duly crimped complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radiusbuilt in CM 1:6. complete all as specified as directed including taking down old brick work.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finishing the surface fair and even smooth without using extra cement all as specified directed.

Material & Labour for disconnecting and connecting of LT service wires and XLPE cables of any type and any size from LT panel, MCCBs, DBs, over head conductor, LT poles, street light timer including replacement of old unsv items such as nuts, bolts, thimbles, insulating sleeves and existing misc items etc, and after cleaning and removing of carbon on cables end surface including removing rusted particles, removing dust tightening of nut, bolts complete all as directed. Note: (i) Cost of all tools and ladder required for maintenanne of LT service wires and XLPE cable end connection and disconnection is incl in quoted rate (ii) Cost of misc items like nuts, bolts, thimbles, insulating sleeves etc if required are included in quoted rates.

S&F in replacement of bracket made out of GI tubing single piece not welded, bended at proper angle of size 40mm dia, light grade 1.5 mtr long including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to the bracket including 1.0 sqmm 3.0 core flexible copper cable in PVC conduit with clamp from juction box to connecter of street light fitting all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MS clamp suitable for holding street light bracket on steel/PCC pole made out of 40 mm x6 mm thick flat iron with M.S nuts bolts 50 mm long 10 mm dia 03 Nos with flat washer 3mm thick 02 Nos for each including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to the M.S clamps all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of extended spreaders link should be installed both side with existing/new MCCBs 4P/3P of any capacity with existing LT panels complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
