Dismantling of existing expansion joints by removing rich mix cement concrete including stacking the spoil with all leads, lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including all labour charges, equipments, transportation charges etc., complete as per standard specification as per clause 202 of MoRTH

Repairing Expansion Joint with cold poured polysulphide, polyurethane based pavement joint sealant, high performance hydrocarbon resistant and fuel resistance using a heat resistant Paper backed compressible debonding strip (or) backer rod should be inserted and sealant to be poured, including clearing the joint with air and water, applying primer on both sides of joint, inserting the compressible debonding strip (or) backer rod and pouring of cold poured polyrethane based pavement joint sealant, all Tools and plants, labour charges, cost of all materials and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per section 3005.2. of MoRTH

Providing and laying in situ M 40 Micro-concrete i.e. High strength concrete including ramming, vibrating, curing, formwork, centering and finishing excluding cost of reinforcement including cost of all materials, labour charges, equipments, transportation charges, fixing thin film coated water tight shuttering, drilling of holes for pumping micro concrete and filling after pumping, curing, scaffolding etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for Expansion joints as per clause 1500 & 1700 of MoRTH

Short creting with cement mortar 1:1 1/2 : 3 to 40mm average thickness using 6mm and below ISS size HBG metal under pressure of 3.5 Kg/Cm². of the cement including cost of all labour charges for scaffolding centering including transportation and cost of all other materials and coveyance to the site, hire and fuel charges for machineries and equipments including curing with good potable water and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc., as per clause 2807 of MoRTH

Supplying and fixing of weld mesh of size 75 x 50 mm with 10 gauge mesh over picked surface including cost and conveyance of weld mesh and 6mm round spikes and including labour charges for cutting straigthening and fixing of dowels of 50cm intervals, including scaffolding charges, all labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per clause 2807 of MoRTH

Supplying and applying two coats of bonding Epoxy resin over the concrete surface old to new concrete surface of RCC Portion including cost of epoxy resin and all labour charges for applying, scaffolding charges etc., complete as per standard specification clause 2805 of MoRTH

Clean removal of the chemical matters deposited on slab portion and rubbing, clearing and water washing of existing surface and guniting with cement mortar 1:3 to an average thickness of 40mm under pressure of 3.50 kg / cm2 including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and handing charges at the both ends including hire and fuel charges for all Tools and Plants including cost and conveyance of potable water and labour charges for concreting and curing including scaffolding charges for working in all heights and removing the dismantled materials from work site as directed by the departmental officers and all other incidential charges etc., complete as per standard specifications clause 2807 of MoRTH

Sealing of cracks/porous concrete by injection process through nipples/ grouting including cost of Cement, Admixture, Nipple, all labour charges for drilling 20mm dia holes and fixing the nipple at 1m interval on bothsides, injecting cement slurry and hire&fuel charges for all the machineries etc., complete as per technical specification clause 2803 of MoRTH

Patching of damaged concrete surface to a thickness of 50mm with polymer concrete and curing compounds, initiator and promoter, available in present formulations, to be applied as per instructions of manufacturer and as approved by the Engineer as per clause 2800 of MoRTH specifications

Supplying and fixing GI DRAINAGE SPOUTS of100mm dia as per drawing SD/205 with grating arrangements at top as shown in drawing and 100mm dia drainage spout projecting atleast 300mm beyond the bottom of deck slab as shown in drawing, including cost and conveyance of Galvanised iron pipes and flat and fixing them in position, etc..,complete as per clause 2705 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing coat with M30 grade concrete using ISS size HGB graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, cost of premoulded expansion joints and fixing the same in position including cost and labour charges for formwork, labour charges for laying, compacting, curing, including all incidental charges etc. complete for wearing coat 75mm uniform thickness over deck slab as per clause 2702 of MoRTH

Removal of existing asphatic wearing coat comprising of 65 mm thick asphaltic concrete including disposal with all lift and lead up to 100 meters, all labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge as per clause 202 of MoRTH

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils and sub-soils to full depth or as directed except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification as per clause 301 of MoRTH for Retaining wall & Toe wall

Providing Plain cement concrete M 15 Grade (Ratio 1:2:4) using HBG crushed stone jelly of size 20mm gauge including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, cost of soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for levelling course below retaining wall as per clause 1700 of MoRTH

Providing Plain cement concrete M 20 Grade ratio 1:1.5:3 using 20mm gauge hard broken granite jelly including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, cost of form work and centering, soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, proper vibrationg, laying curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. as per clause 1500& 1700 of MoRTH for Retaining Wall

Providing course rubble masonry in Cement Mortar 1:3 including cost and conveyance of all materials such as Rubble stone, Bond Stone, M.Sand and Cement etc., to site, all labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as per stanadard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge as per clause 2505 of MoRTH for Toe Wall

Providing and laying stone pitching on slopes laid over prepared gravel filter media including cost of stone weighing not less than 40 kg and stone spalls of minimum 25mm size including conveyance to work site, all labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as per stanadard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for protecting the slope of the embankment as per clause 2504 of Morth

Providing and laying Filter material(Gravel) underneath pitching in slopes to a thickness of 200 mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, all labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as per stanadard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for protecting the slope of the embankment as per clause 2504 of MoRTH
