FALSE CEILING WORK

Water proofing work in terrace of control room building at 132KV S/s, Kathgodam by scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes and then crearing a 1.100 slope on the roof with URP and then two coats of roof waterproof coating with fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having sun reflectivity index (SRI) of 105 one coat of self priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns) complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge.

Construction of false ceiling for control room building at 132KV S/s, Kathgodam by supply and erection of high purity natural gypsum plasterboard of following specifications alongwith all the accessories i.e. main support structures, angles, hanging wires, hooks & hinges, role pluck etc. including dismantling of existing illumination fixtures, ceiling fans and fixing/refixing of all existing and new lumanaries, ceiling fans after extension of vertical length etc. including all labour and T&P complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer incharge. (a) Size of gypsum plasterboards should be 2'x2' (b) Gypsum board should be tapered edge board covered with ivory cardboard on face side and aluminium foil insulation on back side and should be designed for direct attachment by screws, nails or adhensive to wood or metal framing and even existing surfaces. (c) Gypsum plasterboard should be produced as per IS 2095-Part I, 2011 (d) Gypsum plaser board should be fire resistance (1 Hour) with fire resistance class 1 (BS 476). (e) Standard thickness of the gypsum plaster board should be > 7.5 to 8.0 mm (f) Humidity resistance (%RH) should be 99 (g) Thermal conductivity (W/mk) should be 0.16 (h) Water absorption below 10% as per standard EN-520 T ASTM C 1396 (i) Breaking strength of gypsum plaster board should be according to pass EN-520 T ASTM C 1396

FIRE SMOKE DETECTION SYSTEM WORK

Supply and installation of DXC1 one loop addressable fire alarm control panel LPCB approved support upto 1-5 loop, intelligent single loop addressable panel, 6#40 characters, blue liquid crystal display, panel inbuilt sound alarm = > 105db, operational environment 2 degree C to 80 degree C, in control room, PLCC room, battery room etc. configuration by keypad ad PC with feature of SMS alert on mobile in condition of fire, preferably of make Honeywall, System Sensor, Ravel etc. (132KV S/s, Kathgodam - 02 Nos. & 220KV S/s, Kamaluaganja - 02 Nos.).

Supply and installation of optical smoke detector-low rofile optical addressable smoke detector, required 501APIV base including labour and T&P with features of SMS alert on mobile in control room, PLCC room, Battery room etc., preferably of make Honeywall, System Sensor, Ravel etc. (132KV S/s, Kathgodam - 30 Nos. & 220KV S/s, Kamaluaganja - 40 Nos.).

Supply and fixing of sensor mounting base including labour and T&P (132KV S/s, Kathgodam - 34 Nos. & 220KV S/s, Kamaluaganja - 48 Nos.).

Supply and installation of intelligent wall mounted sounder strobe, pure white skirt, red lens, sounder & flasher (132KV S/s, Kathgodam - 04 Nos. & 220KV S/s, Kamaluaganja - 08 Nos.).

Supply, fixing & installation of intelligent addressable MCP, red add call point, flash mounting, glass flexi element (132KV S/s, Kathgodam - 06 Nos. & 220KV S/s, Kamaluaganja - 08 Nos.).

Designing of wire circuit for lumanaries, fans, fire smoke detection system as per site requirement and direction of engineer incharge and then providing & laying of 1.5 sqmm multi strand fire proof flexible copper wire with junction box, band, socket, switches with best quality products e.g. Havells, Polycab, Anchor etc. (132KV S/s, Kathgodam - 900 Rmt. & 220KV S/s, Kamaluaganja - 1400 Rmt.).
