Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MORD technical specification cluase 201.1. & direction of Engineer-in-charge (by manual means).

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 by mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates using IRC Gr-II sizes Granitemetal to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming, sand & moorum admixture to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MoRD by Mechanical means and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MoRD for low porosity surface. and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Surface dressing with 12 Kg penetration grdae of bitumen and 0.15 cum of 19mm nominal size chips per sqm and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR but excluding cost and conveyance of chips. (To be used for minor repair works Unit= Sqm)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects
