Supply, installaion and testing and comissioning of automatic phase sequence corrector suitable for not less than 45 HP submersible pump sets, consisting of automatically correct inpupt supply phase also protection against single phasing, voltage unbalancing Low voltage, High voltage with time delay and including dismantling to the old one complete all as specified and directed. Make: C&S / SECO / AKASH type RPC-50 as approved by GE.

Supply, installaion and testing of digital water level indicator in replacement device operating on single phase supply, direct display in 150 mm size digit system in meter/centimeter of water level of overhead tank ensuring alarm while water fall or rise at predetermined limit . Oneminut auto off alarm. The entire unit must operate through a compact electronic circuit which must ensure reliable operation at 230 V +/- 5% with reliable in digit display & alarm at low & high level of over head tank. The circuit must be housed in CRC sheet box with nylon moulded connection strips. The level system must resistance transducer which unaffected by corrosion and other contactes availble in water . The unit must be controlled by micro switch (should otbe sensor system) The whole unit must electrically controlled and the upper level and lower level indicator must be highly senstive Micro Switch including dismantling to the old one complete all as specified and directed. S & F in replacement of service connection of 25 sqmm, 3 core 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated rouneded copper conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape with over all PVC sheathed including removing the unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement 0.5 Sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed multi stranded round copper conductor cable for connection including removing the unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Painting to pipe of RCC overhead tank after cleaning, scraping and making the surfaces free from rust of rising, delivery, washout and overflow main extremally and painting with two coats synthetic enamelled paint including marking/writing on pipe complete all as specified and (a) RCC Overhead tank 15 mtr staging Note : Colour status shall be as under i) Rising main - Blue colour.(ii) Delivery main green colour (iii) Washout main - Yellow colour (iv) Overflow main - Red colour .

Cleaning of overhead water reservoir (inner sides) of capacity 1,00,000 gallons removal of complete sand and sludge growth deposite, cleaning of inner surfaces making it free rust and algee growth by scrapping and washing with water including following treatment:- (a) The inner surfaces with two coats of lime wash (b) Two coats of painting (synthetic enamelled paint) on steel surfaces pertaining to iron /MS structure such as ladder inside the done and MS cover (c) Two coat of black bituminous over a coat of red oxide on the entry side of the reservoire. Note: Remoned sand and sludge growth deposite shall be removed from site distance not less than 250m where as directed by Eng-in-charge.

M & L for MS Plain black sheet ot 1.6 mm thick in wall cladding in hearths , covering to door chowkats (frames)steel gates, and similar work, cut to size holes punched including clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel framing wilth plain sheets for hearths, covering to door shutters covering to door chowkats cut to size edges beaded or welded including the dimantaling of old one complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for lifting of submersible pumpsets of capacity 45 HP from borewell with delivery pipe of length 200 feet from ground level and lowering of submersible pumpsets with delivery pipe without any disturb to condition of pump set after neccesary repair of summersible complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. The cost of repair of summersible shall be measured and paid under respective items. 2. The cost of all required T&P, chainpully, block tripod etc shall be deemed to inclusive in quoted unit rates.

Dismentaling of submersible motor capacity 45 HP and taking out burnt winding wire and rewinding the same with using the suitable existing size of approved quality supper enemelled copper widing wire with complete insulation material and refitting the motor and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/overhauling, repair or replacment of unserviceable parts of submersible pump of capacity 45 HP and and refixing, refitting and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of new parts of summersible shall be measured and paid under respective items.
