M & L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connecting to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing conductor by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and all as shown in Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I and including testing on completion all as specified locations and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1.The above quoted rate shall include cost of main earthing lead of 32 x 6mm GI earth strip, charcoal, salt, excavation and earth work in any type of soil CI cover, funnel with 20mm dia light grade GI water pipe including GI protection pipe 40mm dia light grade for earth strip etc. 2. Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of silent built in within an acoustic enclosure diesel engine driven generating set water cooled for power supply 415 volts, 03 Phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles / sec, 25 KVA (20 KW or next nearest higher capacity) at 0.8 power factor complete with alternator directly coupled to diesel engine, mounted on common base frame & complete with self starter, fuel tank capacity not less than 08 hours fuel requirement & battery as per OEM, battery leads, sound proof canopy etc. with features for automatic shutdown in the event of a circuit failure condition arising from low oil pressure, high coolant temperature, over speed etc. & microprocessor based genset with the following under-mentioned features & all as specified & as directed :- a) Alphanumeric LCD display with LED backlight b) Operator interface. c) Suitable to provide a record of most recent fault conditions & fault history. d) Complete alternator data viz, voltage ph - ph, ph - neutral, KVA, frequency etc. e) Complete engine data viz, starting battery voltage, engine temp, engine running hours, engine oil pressure etc. f) Control including provn of service adjustment & calibration of DG control functions. Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Removing surplus excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Material and labour sand filling in trenches with clean dry unwashed sand for cushioning of under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - Charge. Note : Punned thickness of sand will be measured.

M&L for sub class 'B' brick for protection of UG cable in tranches of old size brick all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 1100V grade cable for Outdoor End termination heat shrink type complete with Jointing material and acceesseries suitable for 4 core are XLPE armoured at conductor cable of size 50 sq mm all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. make- M- Seal/DENSON

S & F AMF (Automatic Main Failure) Panel withfollowing Specifications. AMF PANEL SPECIFICATIONS : (i) Main Supply I/C: MCCB 4P (Ics=100% Icu) with thermal magntic release, adjustable short circuit and adjustable overload setting having breaking capacity 36 KA of rating 63 Amps - 01 Nos (ii) DG I/C: MCCB 4P (Ics=100% Icu) with thermal magntic release, adjustable short circuit and adjustable overload setting having breaking capacity 36 KA of rating 40-63 Amps - 01 Nos (iii) AMF O/G: MCCB 4P (Ics=100% Icu) with thermal magntic release, adjustable short circuit and adjustable overload setting having breaking capacity 36 KA of rating 63 Amps - 01 Nos (iv) Manual operation arrangements. The size/rating of all the connected acessories viz. Contactors, relays, timmers, bus bars, connecting cables etc., of the AMF panel shall be in confirmity with the I/C & O/G MCCBs. Material and Labour for submain wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor 4 sqmm (nominal area) drawing through PVC Casing caping and 2.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated and unsheathed (green colour) 1100 volts grade for earth continuity conductor and connecting with main earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps concealed in wall all a directed.

Supply and fixing water heater (Geyser) Vertical storage type, single phase, energy saving 5 star rated 230 volts grade insent type 25 Ltrs storage capacity complete with fixing accessories including .Note- The cost of cutting existing cold water pipe including excess pipe (if required) for connecting with the stop valves is deemed to be included in the unit price. Supply and fix GI pipe 15 mm bore medium grade fixing on wall with clamp and all acessories complete all as directed.

Supply and fix Stop valves 15 mm, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed for connecting cold water inlet pipe and geyser connecting pipe complete all as directed.

Supply and fix Bib taps 15 mm, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as directed. Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrieved at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quated amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embosed with contractor's firm name while carriying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose.
