Design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Deluge water Sprinkler System excluding piping, annunciation panel, and fire pump set.. . Quantity mentioned below is the minimum requirement .(10% necessary spares and consumbales are to be supplied.Spares and Consumables list may be attached seperately by the bidder )- 2 set total for six nos of single phase transformers a ) Deluge Valve–A, Flanged ANSI B16.1, UL listed, Wet Pilot Basic Trim Assembly for DV-A with test & alarm, drip & drain valves, (NTW) Water Motor Gong Bell -GA, Type-A, UL Listed & FM Approved. Inline / Y type strainer -2 Nos, Non-return valve wafer type -1 no, Pressure gauge – (0-10 kg/sq.cm -3 nos, Pressure switch – 1 no Flow switch 1 no, Solenoid valve -1 no, drain valve -1 no, Sprinkler alarm bell-1no . - 2 set b) High-Velocity Water Spray Nozzle HV-AS, Brass Finish/Nickel Chrome Plated Brass, BSPT/NPT with Copper Strainer UL Listed BSPT (sufficient spare extra shall be supplied for the requirement of two years) - 105 Nos(minimum qty exluding spare). c) Sprinkler 79 Deg. C, standard response, standard coverage, BSPT, K-5.6, Pendent, Chrome Finish, UL Listed & FM Approved. (sufficient spare extra shall be supplied for the requirement of two years) - 78 Nos.minimum qty exluding spare). d) Slim steel type cast iron Butterfly valve with supervisory Switch lever operated type with necessary flanges, rubber insertion, gasket, nut, and bolt complete. - as per design. e) In line / Y Type Strainer - as per design g) Slim steel type cast iron non-return valve with flanges, nut, bolt, and rubber gasket for seating the valve complete.-as per design h) Pressure gauge range 0-10kg/sq.cm. - as per design i) Pressure Switch - as per design j) Flow Switch - as per design k) 300 mm Dia ball type foot valve - as per design l) Level indicator for measuring the quantity of water stored at anytime and displayed in m3 of water.- optional as per site condition m) Suitable brick masonry or canopy enclosures for protecting deluge valves from flying bodies or projectile from the plant and/or equipment in the vicinity and also for weather protection - as per design.

Microprocessor-based Annunciation panel (sufficient windows as per the design) with Compatibility for Scada which provides annunciation on actuation of deluge system including an individual display for each deluge valves, operation of fire pump, jockey pump, display of pressure in the detection piping, display of pressure in the outlet of deluge valve, display Transformer identification, FIRE ON indication for each Deluge valve, SPRAY-ON indication for each Deluge Valve, Common hooter/water alarm gong (activation either for SPRAY-ON or FIRE ON signal), the gong shall continuously sound when a deluge system is in operation and manual push-button for manual activation of each Deluge valve from the panel. (location control room).Additional announciation needed as per site requirement and direction of departmental officers shall be incorporated. (Shall be SCADA compactable for future integration with Prposed SCADA at Idamalayar HEP)

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of fire pumpset - 1 set Electrical Driven Main Pump suitable for automatic operations a) End Suction type fire pump capable for delivery of 2280 Ltrs/Min, head of 50 M rated 2900 RPM with SS shaft, CI casing, mechanical seal & Bronze impeller. b) Squirrel cage, Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled Induction Motor suitable for 415 volts ± 10%, 3 Phase 50 Hz AC supply of suitable capacity for the above pump (HP rating as per the design shall NOT be below 50HP ) conforming to IP‐55 protection & class ‘F’ insulation. c) Common bedplate of requisite strength d) the pump should ensure a pressure of 3.5 kg/cm2 at the farthest sprinkler/hydrant point. e) The rate shall include, base plate common to pump and motors, foundation bolts, antivibration pad, coupling, coupling guards, and connecting cables from the fire panel to the motor.

Electric Driven Jockey pump for automatic pressurization of wet riser system in cases of minor leakages a) End Suction type fire pump Bronze impeller, running at 2950 RPM capable of delivering 15 LPM against a head of 70 Mtrs. b) Squirrel cage TEFC induction motor suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 50Hz AC supply of suitable HP conforming to IP‐55 protection & class ‘F’ insulation for the above pump running at 2900 RPM. (HP rating as per the design shall NOT be below 5 HP ) c) Common bedplate of requisite strength d) The rate shall include RCC foundation for the pump, base plate common to pump and motors, foundation bolts antivibration pad, Coupling, coupling guards, and connecting cables from fire panel to the motor.

Automatic fire hydrant control panel for the main fire hydrant pump and jockey pump totally enclosed cubicle type freestanding, floor mounted, compartmentalized, sectionalized, dust, damp and vermin proof, with suitable natural ventilation arrangement, front and rear accessible, lockable power cum control panel, fabricated from 2 mm thick MS sheet spray-painted with approved colour shade, heavy 4 strips sleeved aluminum/aluminum alloy bus bar, bus bar supports, interconnecting from busbars to outgoing switches / MCCBs, isolator, indication lamps, the starter for main and jokey pump including earthing the board suitable to accommodate the following including numbering, etc., as required.(as per detailed design).The panel shall be constructed as per IP 55 standard.busbars to outgoing switches / MCCBs, isolator, indication lamps, the starter for main and jokey pump including earthing the board suitable to accommodate the following including numbering, etc., as required.(as per detailed design).The panel shall be constructed as per IP 55 standard.

Supply & Installation of suitable LT 3.5/4 core FRLS aluminium armoured power cables of required size & quantity as per design including all cable connecting accessories.

Supply & Installation of suitable shielded communication cables and accessories of required size & quantity as per design.

Supply of 2 /4 /6/7/12/Core x 1.5 /2.5/4Sq.mm cable, Armoured Screened FRLS Twin Twisted PVC Insulated copper cable ISI along with all accessories required for a complete installation. Qty shall be as per design.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 1 km siren

Pressure Testing of the existing main pipeline for a pressure of 6 kg/cm2 as directed by departmental officers to ascertain the reusability(decision will be based on the test and direction of Engineer in Charge)

Supply and fixing pipe support with MS angle (support /bracket/hangers for supporting/ mounting of pipe at floor/wall/ceiling bend to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including welding angle, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. each bracket, conforming to bending and Fe.290, Gde-E-165 all as required) Qty shall be as per design

Dismantling existing deluge valve, Sluice Valve, Electrical panel, Pump, etc. complete as directed by Engineer In-charge.The same shall be shifted to the department store as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III): 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning of M.S Pipes confirming to IS 1239 and IS 1978 Pt - I Heavy grade (Class C) with Fittings and Painting as per standards for providing the main pipeline for deluge system, detection piping, projector piping, and support piping with necessary welded, threaded or flanged joints for the complete installation of deluge system. The piping works include tapping of pipeline from main emergency cooling waterline to fire pump set, fire pump set to deluge valve assembly, and from deluge valves to each transformer units. Piping shall be provided in such a way as to disassemble/reassemble as and when necessary (with detailed design and technical specification)( Qty shall be as per design.)- 1 lot a) MS Pipes of required sizes- Lot b) Pipe fittings - Lot c) Pipe Supports - Lot d) Pedestrial Support for Pipe - Lot

Applying priming coats with the primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. (With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromatic on steel/ironworks having VOC content less than 250 grams/ litre)-qty is for all inclusive for newly supplied & existing items )

Painting with synthetic enamel paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 150 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour (Two coats).qty is for theall inclusive newly supplied & existing items )
