End-to-End service of Collection, transportation and processing of animal waste viz. chicken/poultry waste, fish waste, pig waste/other animal waste directly from the stalls/shops/other places deemed necessary (as is where is basis) (Pkg-5 Bengaluru South City Corporation)

Bidder/ Consortium (all members cumulatively) shall have processed animal waste/slaughterhouse waste/ carcass waste of 5475 Tonnes (50 percent of annual package waste) and produced by-products in any one financial year in last 5 financial years

Legal Entity Status: Participant must be a registered legal entity (Company / Partnership Firm / Proprietorship / Cooperative Society) with valid PAN and GST registration. Individual bidders may be permitted only if they hold necessary authorizations from KSPCB.

Authorizations from KSPCB / SPCB/PCC: Must hold valid Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate/ Consent for Operation (CTE & CTO/ CFO) from PCB/PCC for waste processing / rendering. Also, authorization under Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 and Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 (if applicable).

Bidder/ Consortium (all members cumulatively) shall have similar nature plant of capacity 20 TPD and is in operational and Bidder Must Furnish Ownership of a processing facility with appropriate technology approved by KSPCB and proof of safe disposal arrangements.

Capability of the bidder- bankers Certificate/ Credit Lines/Letter of credit from any Nationalized/ Scheduled Bank for Rs164.25 .Lakhs (30% of package value, if the bidder is intend to participate in more than one package, then the amount should be equal to highest 30% of package value intended to bid.

Standard designed vehicles in accordance with bye-laws for animal waste collection (Min 10 Vehicles)

In last 5 financial years, the Bidder/ Consortium (all members cumulatively) should have achieved at least in any two (2) financial years minimum average Annual Turnover amount of Rs. 1095.00 Lakhs (equal to two times annual package value ) in all classes of works

Regulatory & Environmental Compliance: No record of violations / blacklisting by CPCB, KSPCB or any Urban Local Body (ULB)/Government/Quasi-Government. Participants must submit a self-declaration of compliance with all relevant Acts.
