Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) :

With F.P.S.(non modular) bricks.

Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height with possible height adjustment upto 50 mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of: (a) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x30mm Cementious Filled Steel Bare Finish UFP 1650 Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange)The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs,Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1650 kg/sqm and rolling load of 180kg all complete as per the approved manufacturers specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(b) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 1.50 mm and 22.23 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mm x 100mm x 2mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 20 mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug.

Supplying and fixing AIR PLUG UFAPG100 SPLIT CIRCULAR BRUSH GROMMET for fixing in the cut outs made in the false floor for leading the cable all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing polyvinyl chloride sheet in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives of approved quality and manufacture like Fevicol SR 998 or equivalent including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in approved colour and shade. . a) 2.00 mm thick

Providing and fixing antistatic homogeneous composition with specially carbon block conductive layer polyvinyl chloride sheet/tile, manufacture as per IS:3462-1962 in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives of approved quality and manufacture like Fevicol SR 998 or equivalent including rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete including providing copper foils at 600mm apart on both directions as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in approved colour and shade. (a) 2 mm thick.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. a) Two coats.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound).

With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

In cement mortar

Dismantling wooden panelling (including laminations and wood work wherever available ) in lining of walls and partitions, including stacking within 50metres lead as directed by the engineer in charge.

Up to 10 mm thick

Dismantling ANG door (Single/Double leaves) including frames and stacking the same in the First Floor of old Cash Counter building in the CTO Compound, Trichy etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling tiled false ceiling with aluminium/MS frame work at height of 2.40 m to 3.60 m including dismembering, proper numbering, stacking and placing at the designated place in the building premises etc. all operations complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .The rate includes necessary scafolding, safety measures and all incidental charges . (Area of false ceiling is measured for payment)

Providing and Fixing Modular Work Station consisting of one key board pull out tray, Pedestal CPU Trolley, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The Partition shall be with frame work made up of 75 mm x 75 mm powder coated aluminum square tube sections, The Partition shall be sturdy and flush type on both sides using facia files of 8mm thick pre-laminated particle boards. Modular workstation top shall be of 25mm thick Pre-laminated partical board edges rounded by postforming and all other panels with 17mm thickness pre- laminated particle board, edges of the Particle boards shall be finished with 2mm thick edge band. All the prelaminated particle shall confirm to relevent IS codes.

Refixing aluminium false ceiling work consisting of tee/ angle sections,in frames of false ceiling including fixing of false ceiling tiles aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and reducing the to the required height of G.I. level adjusting hangers (suspenders) 6 mm dia.fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Suspenders /level adjusting hangers are to be suitably reduced to the required false ceiling height and all materials , shall be supplied by the department).

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : (I) For fixed portion

Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing 10mm thick Cement bonded wood particle board conforming to IS:14276-1995, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.
