M&L for RCC M30 (design mix) (with 20mm graded aggregate) in walls,retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses completee all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items in BOQ

M&L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc with rough finished surfaces of concrete in flat; vertical or to batter completee all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc. 15cm thick (below of above ground level) completee all as specified and directed. S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered & or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars etc & similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces for any description & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete of type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm aggreagate) for cover slabs set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately as per relevant items in BOQ

S&F un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type I as per IS 5820 with flat size 250X150X40mm laid dry in trenches over under ground cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing bituminous carpet road/PCC hard standing upto a depth of 30cm for laying of UG cable/GI pipe and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay UG cable in trenches/passing through pipes/fixed on walls or poles cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) 1100V grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5core 50Sqmm with suitable cable gland including taking down old cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Shifting of LT panel/feder pillar box from the existing site to decided site after disconnecting the LT incoming and outgoing cable and refixing the same after shifting the panel and connecting the incoming and outgoing cable including necessary PCC work complete all as specified and as directed.
