Supplying , Erection, Testing and Commissioning of electrically driven best quality make (preferably ofCROMPTON, ABB or KIRLOSKAR motors or equivalent) Electric motor with vertical solid shaft of 50HP, 415V,50HZ.1440rpm shall have design operable suitable to the vertical turbine pump. Shall have F class insulation. Squirrel cage induction motor. shall be of Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled type

Erection, Testing and Commissioning

Supplying , Erection, Testing and Commissioning of cubical metal panel board made out of 2mm CRCA sheet painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of anti corrosive primer with Starter panel shall be incorporated with fully automatic star delta starter with L&T Contactors of suitable rating,CT based single phasing protection, overload protection,dry run protection and controlled with required rating switch disconnector fuse unit with HRC fuses.the panel shall be attached with the existing starter panels with extended bus bar and shall be provided with mechanical interlock having 3 lock 1key including modifications on mechanical interlock of existing two starters and electric interlock between three starters .on /off push button ,indicators ,trip indicators etc.,all as per standard .standard rating capacitor for PF correction shall be incorporated . This includes supply and laying of 50sqmm -3.5 core 1.1kv XLPE cables and earth conductor from starter to motor with proper mechanical protection casing pipes complete complying with standard specfications
