Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L removing all dust / dirt from sunken floor and applying two layers of cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitous composite compound coating such as Product like Sika Latex Power manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd or equivalent product manufacture by Fosroc Chemicals (India) Ltd / Pidilite industries Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt. on concrete / brick surfaces as water proofing slurry coating as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 20 mm thick in two coats, 10 mm thick each coat with Polymer mortar (cement mortar 1:4 mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitous composite compound such as Product like Sika Latex Power manufactured by Sika India Pvt Ltd or equivalent product manufacture by Fosroc Chemicals (India) Ltd / Pidilite industries Ltd / Choksey Chemicals Pvt) on concrete / brick surfaces and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Each layer shall be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours before applying the second layer.

M&L for providing 200 micron thick polythene film pasted with the help of adhesives over the treatment plastered surfaces of sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:5:10 type E2 type (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling of sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Demolition of RCC work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition).

M&L RCC (design mix) M-30 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, plinth beams, base of column, footing and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia as reinforcement complete

M&L M.S. TMT bars 6 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia as in stirrups spaces, binders and nibs etc. complete

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 using SBR Latex emulsion @ 4% by weight of cement on concrete surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour applying a coat of Polymer modified cementious bonding coat on the concrete surfaces with one part of Styrene Butadiene Rubber latex emulsion (SBR latex) with four parts of water and six parts of cement by weight.Coverage of SBR latex-0.25Ltr / sqm for one coat complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of surfaces of steel of reinforcement by cleaning thruoghly and proving , mixing and aplying zinc anti-rust agent as per manufacturers method of application to rebar corrosion protection system to reinforcement ( Sika / Fosroc/BASF/ Dr sunanda) @3.75Kg/Sqm surface of steel reinforcement in two coats complete all as specified and as directed..

Material & labour for chipping (20mm to 50mm) of existing damaged, crakced, spalled & loose portion of concrete of the RCC members completely till the reinforcement is exposed and sound concrete is observed by using mechanical means and manual chisels and further the surface is cleaned with water jet, again clean the surface with blower to remove all loose fine particles present in the surfaces and for removal of dust and loose particles complete all as specified and as directed..

Material & labour for applying one coat of two component epoxy based bonding agent Nitobond AR standard of Fosroc make as bonding coat on the prepared old concrete surfaces of the RCC Memebers of the buildings for the surfaces of the concrete to be rehalitated complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for providing Shear connectors and Anchoring by drilling 16 mm dia holes up to depth of 100mm in concrete surfaces and fixing 10 mm dia TMT bars L shaped anchor rods as shear connectors by using Fosroc Lokfix chemical (Mix of base and hardener of the polyester resin) in defective concrete area of the slab / column / beams / chajjas / lintel etc or any other structural member as per site requirement after cleaning the drilled hole by using water jet and after drying clean the surface with blower to remove all loose fine particles present in the hole. The Mix of base and hardener of the polyester resin shall be prepared by thorough mixing of base & hardener by the help of spatula. After preparing the mix the holes shall be filled to a minimum depth of 1/3rd of the hole with the prepared polyester resin and the reinforced bar shall be inserted to full depth of hole and extra length of the reinforcement bar shall be bent into the concrete to maintain proper cover to the reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 40 mm thick gunniting by chemical mortar prepared by Renderoc DS40 manufactured by Fosroc (25 kg Renderoc DS40 mixed with 12.5 kg of 6 mm downgraded crushed stone aggregate ) on prepared concrete surfaces complete all as per manufacture's instruction & as directed..

Material & labour Micro-concrete prepared by construction chemicals manufactured by Fosroc / Sika / Choksey Chemicals cement based pre packed single component, chloride free, sulphate free, non-shrink, free flow, self compacting , ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion of approved quality.to achive high strength, dual shrinkage, compensated, micro concrete with compresive strength of 40 Mpa at 28 days of thickness of 50mm to 200mm for concrete reapir work complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- 1. Form work shall be provided for palcing micro concrete patch reapir as required at site with steel jack sysytem and steel props to support the form work .2. Form work shall be measured and paid separately.under respective items in this schedule)

M&L for applying polymer modified, cementitious mortar fibre reinforced, single component shrinkage controlled, (Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc Make or equivalent in Sika / Choksey) having a compressive strength of 40 MPA strength for reparing of RCC members like columns, Beams / Slab soffits etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to columns , beams, chajjas, drops, fins, parapets etc for the proposed micro concrete encasement as specified in standard engineering practice complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered and unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles (300 x 450) x 7-8 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over incl rendering in CM 1:4, 10 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L light shed virified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick 1:6 cement morter including roughning surface of old concrete floor by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L light shed virified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick 1:4 cement morter complete all as specified and as directed

S&F PVC corner beading of size 10 mmX 10 mm to vertical edges at the junction of tiles complete allas specified and directed

Material & labour for granite (any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 18 to 20 mm thick in working platform,cooking platfoorm and like including cutting in oval shape for oval type WHB below counter basin etc,. in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cemnt (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rounding to edges of granite stone slabs one edge such as in counter type WHB platform etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material machine cut kota stone slab flooring over cement concrete base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing, including 20 screed bed in CM 1:6, complete, all as specified.

Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, making defective locations and removing loose concrete by careful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris from site complete all as directed

M&L water proofing treatment on cleaned RCC roof comprising with the following operation and as specified here-in-below :- (a) 20 mm thick (av. mimimum thickness) plastering in cement mortar 1:3 finishing the plastered surfaces even and smooth over cleaned RCC roof. The plastered surface shall be cured properly for ten days by ponding of water over roof. (b) Applying bitumen primer over the plastered surface @ 0.40 Ltr / Sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25°C, 0.87 to 0.89 kg / Liter and viscosity 70-160 cps. (c) Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non woven polyester matt make as approved over the primer coat. Membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc all as per Para 11.44.5 of SSR Part I. (d) Applying one coat of Aluminium paint @ 0.1 ltr per Sqm over APP based polymetric membrane complete all as per manufacturer's instruction.

Supply & fix 25 mm dia stainless steel drapery rod with wooden bracket and side caps and including rings @120mm c/c, complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old one.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of 2000 Ltr capacity all as specified in SSR and as directed including taking down old one.

Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, with fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials from the site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
