Providing, installation, testing & commissioning of single stage, submersible pump set for raw water application with fine grain sand particles. The pump to have a stationery arrangement and to be supplied & installed with pump connector/Pedestal unit connected to pump support bracket with suitable diaphragm to make a leak proof joint. The pump connector to be fitted/grouted on the sump floor on a suitable concrete foundation to be laid upto the suitable depth as per site requirements or as per recommendations of OEM. Complete dewatering of the sump for proper installation of the equipment using proper dewatering equipment is included. The specifications of the pumpset are as follows: - “A” PUMP): - i. Capacity = 56 LPS (02-cusec). ii. Head (TDH) = 60 Mtrs. iii. Type = centrifugal volute type raw water, open well type Submersible pump. iii. Speed = 1450 rpm iv. Pump efficiency = 60% or above. v. Impeller = Stainless steel, mixed flow with single or multivanes in semi open design vi. Shaft = Stainless steel/high tensile steel. vii. Bearings = Roller/Ball bearings. viii. Pump casing = Cast iron, volute type. ix. Sealing = Mechanical double seals independent of direction of rotation. x. Make. = Kirloskar/M&P/Flowmore/KSB xi. Particle handling size = 80 mm “B” MOTOR: - i. Rating = 60KW ii. Speed = 1460 rpm iii. Rated voltage = 415+10% volts, 3-phase A.C. iv. Rated frequency = 50 +2% Hz v. Class of insulation = F or above. vi. Protection = IP68 or above. vii. Motor efficiency = 90% or above viii. Temperature rise = 700 over an ambient of 400C ix. Bearings: - a) Type = Ball/roller bearings. b) Method of lubrication = Grease packed maintenance free. “C” ACCESSOIRES: - Guide rail/hoist: - vertical guide rails two numbers shall be connected to the duck foot bend or pedestal to enable lowering & hoisting the pump with ease, the pump shall be guided upto delivery manifold and coupled on hooks with pedestal. P/F of suitable capacity hoisting apparatus with 15M, M.S galvanized/SS lifting chain hooked to the motor eye bolt and hoisting apparatus. i. Cable: - P/F of 1.1 KV grade electric submersible cable having annealed tinned copper conductor, sheathed with rubber & chloroprene elastomeric compound conforming to IS9968 part I (30 Mtrs.) ii. Control panel: - P/I/T/Commissioning of cubical panel equipped with motor starter, sensors, meters, switches indication lamps fuses & safety equipment’s, which include: - a) Standard automatic star delta contactors (ASD) submersible starter having suitable rating, overload relay and HBC fuses. b) Liquid level controllers to avoid dry running. c) Reserve phasing indicator. d) Under voltage indicator. e) Moisture sensing unit for detecting ingress of moisture or water into oil chamber. f) Single phasing preventer. iii.
