De-sludging / cleaning completely of liquid / sticky / hard sludge by pumping manually from inside of septic tank and removal of sludge to a distance exceeding 50 meter and depositing to excavated pit of appropriate size as and when required (all as directed) and filled up with earth ( not exceeding 30 cm thick in each layer), and spreading of bleaching powder complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following sizes including necessary earth work :- Users of Septic Tank (i) 25 Users Note : (I) Earth to be filled over the pit shall be spread after sufficient absorption of liquid / sticky / hard sludge, and size of pit shall be made accordingly. (II) To avoid any health hazard or spreading of any foul gas, sufficient quantity of bleaching powder shall be spread as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Cost of spreading bleaching powder and excavating the earth pit and subsequent filling of earth etc shall be included in the quoted rate against the item.

Opening and cleaning of soakage well of 50 users capacity by pumping out foul/dirty water into shallows pits n.exc 1.5 mtr deep and returning, filling in, and levelling earth including closing the soakage well after cleaning with water and spreading bleaching powder complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following sizes including necessary earth work. Note : (I) Earth to be filled over the pit shall be spread after sufficient absorption of liquid / sticky / hard sludge, and size of pit shall be made accordingly. (II) To avoid any health hazard or spreading of any foul gas, sufficient quantity of bleaching powder shall be spread as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Cost of spreading bleaching powder and excavating the earth pit and subsequent filling of earth etc shall be included in the quoted rate against the item.

M&L broken bricks for loose filling with aggregates of gauge 80 to 150mm in soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m deep for sewage pipe line etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n,exc 25 cm thick in soft /loose soil for sewage pipe line /manhole and cleaning the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking-up of 150mm nominal dia unserviceable SGW, AC,PVC or re-inforcement concrete, set in cement mortar including PCC haunching complete and removing to a distance not exc 50 meter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L P.C.C (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for bed to drain pipes including packing under and hunching against side of pipes after they are laid down and tested complete for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete in roofs, floors(other than ground floor),beams, stair cases, landing, chajjas,slabs and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing post, strut (wood, Steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embbed portion and making good disturbed ground embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage line for SGSW / PVC of dia150mm including manholes by manually or other means, to clear the sludge/blockage inside the sewage line and manholes and will be flushing with water to drain out sludge etc. inside the sewage line from manhole to ease the flow of sewage including removing the sludge and re- fixing the manhole cover complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of nahni/floor/gully trap upto first manhole and removal of sludge etc including refxing of existing trap grating with white cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Opening and dewatering of soakage well of any capacity up to 3 mtr dia by pumping out foul/dirty water through by using mechnical pump and all arrangment like labour ,fuel,opertator & shifting of pump arranged by contractor including working approch to the site and pump out up to distance not less than 50 mtr complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing damaged water closet alongwith complete PCC and lime concrete from sunken floor and providing new EWC / IWC and water proofing treatment to sunken floor as per following stage :- (i) 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:2) with WPC at all around and base of sunken floor with proper slope. (ii) Applying a coat of 85/25 gde hot bitumen @ 0.7Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @0.5Kg/Sqm and then pasteing of polythene film, 150 micron, natural colour with cold cut back adhessive. (iii) Providing lime concrete and cement concrete to fill up the sunken floor (PCC 1:4:8) after testing of water tightness.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels,benching/haunching of manhole, road side drains includng use & waste of fromwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement ,including forms ,moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, 30 mm thick factory made solid panel PVC shutters (conforming to IS : 4020) consisting of frame made out of mild steel tubes of 19 gauge and size 19 mm x 19 mm for stiles and 15 mm x 15 mm for top and bottom rails.
