Taking down caredully old unserviceable point wiring (Light, fan, socket or power complete fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring (concealed) in and including rigid non metallic PVC medium duty conduit, 19/20 mm dia/suitable size as per site reqmt including cutting chases for conduits, sinking for boxes for concealed conduit wiring with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable in and including flush type metal boxes and cover plate modular type suitable for fixing modular switches, sockets, fan regulators etc with brass screw, cup washer and including PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm as earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly as per IS specification for One light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 02 above but with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor for one 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on same board.

S & F in replacement of sheet metal enclosure, single pole & neutral with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one MCB 32 Amps SP, 240 volts , C curve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of, fan regulator, modular type, 5 step high speed (one module), 100 / 120 W, 230 V, the same as required at site as per existing make and fix with new screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of integral LED street light fitting 30 watt, single piece pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs, IP 66 protection including making connections to be mounted on existing bracket as directed and specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED flood light 70 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia and 1.2m length bend to shape for mounting LED street light fitting with MS clamps of suitable size complete with nut bolts and washers including grouting on wall etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down sub main wiring of any size any type complete removing from site of work and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls as per existing etc all as directed and specified.

Taking down exhaust fan of size 900 mm 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz sweep from frame, for rewinding with super enameled copper wire of appropriate guage including repairs of insulating material such as laminated leathroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnishing, greasing/oiling, repairs of bush and bearing, repairs of missing/worn out spares such as capacitor, wire, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing after fixing at its position complete after painting with grey colour synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed. M&L for inspection, checking adjustments and repairs of storage water heater 25/50 ltr capacity of any type any make vertical/ horizontal type which includes the following :- (a) Inspection, taking out of drain plug & dewatering and refixing the same complete all as directed . (b) Checking water tightness of storage tank . (c) Checking stop cocks with outlet/inlet pipe of geysers, pressure reducing valves etc to ensure free movement of water and easy functioning of parts. (d) Inspecting over flow vent pipe connections to ensure water-tightness and proper flow. (e) Checking and correct earth continuity of electrical items. (f) Checking functioning of heating element and correct setting adjustment of thermostat upto 55º C. (g) Adjustment of reducing valves, checking of dead weight type high pressure release valve and visual check of fusible plug for its intactness. (h) The cost of spare parts required for repair & maintenance of geysers covered under this item shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant item. However cost of fuse plug shall be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only indicator lamp for geyser of any type colour green & red complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down geysers of any type and any capacity due to rusting of bolts/seepage of wall and re-installation after painting the entire surface with white synthetic enameled paint complete at any location including S&F in repair of heavy duty pin type fastener 4 inch long and making necessary electric & water supply (inlet & outlet) connections from existing source to geyser complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair stainless steel Non Return Valve (NRV) 15 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for MCB DB SPN 8 way IP-43 ouble door concealed in wall with MCB SPN 40 Amps 01 Nos as incomer and MCB SP `C' curve type 6 to 32 Amp - 06 Nos as outgoing including necessary connection complete including making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface/wall complete all as specified and directed.
