CONSTRUCTION OF 50,000 LTR Capacity RCC OGR

Designing , construction, testing and commissioning of 50,000 ltr capacity circular shape flat bottom with domb shape RCC on the ground reservoir(OGR) including supplying , fitting, fixing of M.S and aluminuim ladder , water level indicator, lightening arrester 1 nos. 80 mm CI puddle collar-4, 2 nos. CI MH cover, Inlet & Outlet arrangement with 80 mm dia GI pipe - 18 mtr and soil testing & drawing design etc. testing of the joints all complete fitting and fixing 80 CI sluice valves-2 Nos, Sluice valve chamber -2 nos of standard make providing CC M-25 for RCC work with 20mm & down grade size hg chips with 20mm thick cement plater over the cement concrete work, cement punning over plaster surface and painting 2 coats of water proofing weather coat etc. all complete as per approved drawing and design as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

CONSTRUCTION OF PUMP HOUSE

Supplying all labour, T&P and materials for earth work excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil with all lead & lift including dressing the sides & levelling the bed of the foundation as directed by the Engineer-in-charges complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all labour, T&P and materials and providing Cement Concrete (1:4:8) in foundation and plinth with 4cm. H.G.Stone metal with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials required for the work as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all labour, T&P and materials and providing R.R. H.G.Stone masonary with C.M.(1:6) in foundation and plinth with granite stone including cost, conveyance, labour, tax, royalty of materials to worksite complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 15cms. (9") thick layers with the cost conveyance royalties, taxes of the materials complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying all materials, labour T&P providing R.C.C. (1:2:4) work using 12mm size hard black hand broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying and compacting concrete watering and curing for four weeks, finishing the exposed surface smooth including cost conveyance taxes and royalty of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect .as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Plinth Bend)

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing Brick work with C.B Bricks in c.m (1:6) in superstructure using well burnt C.B bricks of size 23cm x 11cm x 8cm including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour T&P providing R.C.C. (1:2:4) work using 12mm size hard black hand broken granite stone chips including cost conveyance taxes and royalty of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS Rods or Tor Steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge as per including the cost of required quantity of centering and shuttering as per the dirction of the Engineer in Charge.

Straightening bend up or coiled rods cutting bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required) the M.S. Rods or Tor Steel and binding wires and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. Rods or Tor Steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work etc, complete in all floors as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cost of M.S doors and windows :

Labour for fitting & fixing M.S. choukath to door & windows including making holes in the brick wall and fixing the clamps by using C.C (1:2:4) by using 12mm. size h.b.g chips with all cost, conveyance, labour, T&P etc., required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing 12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth with cost and conveyance of all materials as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing C.C. (1:2:4) work using 12mm size hard black broken granite stone chips including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes etc, complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S. Rods or Tor Steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fixing tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm. thick cement plaster(1:3) jpinted with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing & polishing with cost, conveyance of all materials royalty, taxes etc, complete & as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing (Glazed) tiles in all floor & treads of steps & landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar in proportion (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing & polishing with cost, conveyance of all materials royalty, taxes etc, complete & as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing 20mm (3/4") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side of stone work after raking out the joint including, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P ,all taxes and royalties etc., complete in all respect in all floors as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all material, labour, T&P and providing grading concrete with C.C(1:2:2) using 06mm. Size hard stone broken chips of approved quality including hpisting and laying not exceeding 25mm. thick with proper packing and required slope, with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all labour, T&P and materials and finishing walls with two coats of weather coat over a coat of white wash with good shell lime with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect in all floors as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint to new wood work and iron work including sand papering, polishing the surface, with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect including the the cost of appoved paint as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

LAYING OF RISING MAIN

Earth work in excavation of trenches for laying of pipe line including dressing, leveling the bed upto required depth & within initial lead of 50mtrs & 1.5mtrs initial lift breaking clods to maximum size (5 to 7cm) laying in layers not exceeding 0.30mtrs in depth etc. complete including cost of all labour, T&P, pipes, fittings and specials etc.required for completion of the item as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying all materials including HDPE pipes, fittings and specials, labour, T&P for laying in trenches unplasticised HDPE pipes of the following outside diameter for all classes and specials as required at site, including jointing with solvent cement by non heat application method excluding the cost of earth work in excavation but including the cost of pipes cost of fitting and specials & testing the pipe line etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Transporting and supplying all materials, labour T&P, fabricating, fitting and fixing with specials at the site using Electric resistance welded pipes of reputed make (TATA / Zindal ), confirming to IS 1239 (P-1) 2004, IS 1978 & IS 3598, medium quality & standard weight, including cutting the pipes & flanges, drilling the bolt holes in the flanges, matching the pipes and flanges and jointing with proper gradient & alignment, welding with arc welding using electrodes with power generated by using mobile diesel generator set, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge, including painting two coats with black anti-corrosive paint over one coat of primer, all cost, conveyance, taxes of paints, cost of fittings as 'T', Bend, Offsets, Nuts and bolts, Leather packing etc. but including the cost of flanges and required earthwork, cutting holes in masonry works etc.
