Below ground level consisting, of 40mm - 50mm thick approved country wood planks for poling board 125mm *75mm India Salwood walers and 100mm dia Sal bailies for struts at 1.50m c/c including removal after laying of sewar (both sides of trenches will be taken as one side for the purpose of payments & measurements i.e. face area timbered equals to length x depth of trench). Dismantled timbering materials will be the property of the contractor.

Supply laying and jointing of following dia. R.C.C. Providing, Laying and Jointing of Following size pipe to correct grade and alingnment from 3 m upto 7 m depth including boring, Pilot inclined dilling from exisitng ground level upto required depth (invert level) on rig side of proposed gravity sewer line (i.e. entry side) and Final inclined boring from exisitng ground level upto required depth (invert level) or vicecversa on pipe side (i.e. exit side) of proposed gravity sewer line using Horizontal Directional Drilling method in any type of ground including soft soil, mixed ground and soft/hard rock. Length of gravity sewer line between inner faces of two consecutive proposed manholes will be considered for measurement.

Constructing Brick Masonry Manhole of various dia and depth as per IS :4111 par1( latest ammendment) in FPS brick class designation M-100 in Cement Mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) including nside and outside 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement inside only. The work includes excavation, dewatering, planking, strutting etc. refilling, disposal of surplus earth with all lift and lead of 50m, Including construction of concrete base with PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 40mm nominal size), preparation of channal up to the height of'the'pipe and benching in PCC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including neat cement finished, suitable connection of inlet & outlet pipes, testing (watertightness} of manhole, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawing and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (the depth of manhole will be measured from the invert of the pipe to top of the manhole cover).

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification complete in all respects) for GradingII (10 mm nominal size)
Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 Cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501
