Annual maintenance work for stadium complex at Basundhara Area for two years 2026-28.

PART A- STADIUM BUILDING- Cleaning of building premises including floors, tables, chairs, almirahs, urinals, W.C. pans, toilets and other sanitary fixtures using detergent and disinfectant/phenyl, including sweeping, brooming, cleaning of surrounding premises, uprooting and removal of grass, weeds, bushes and other unwanted vegetation, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Detergent, disinfectant/phenyl and other sanitary consumables shall be supplied by the contractor and paid separately as per actual consumption.) The contractor shall deploy the prescribed manpower as stipulated in the Scope of Work. In case of any short deployment, proportionate deduction shall be made from the contractor's bill on a pro-rata basis for the actual period of deficiency.

Supplying and providing Soap based multi-use cleanser and deodorant (BENGAL CIIEMICALS tiger brand white phenyl or its equivalent approved brand) in sealed container(s) of 500ml capacity and distributing the same to all residential quarter(s) and service building(s) as directed by Engineer-in-

Supply and providing of black phenyl (BENGAL CHEMICAL Lamp brand) or its equivalent approved brand in sealed container of 450 ml capacity as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and providing harpic solution or its equivalent approved brand for cleaning of toiletes as and when required basis as directed by Engineerin- Charge. (500 ml bottle)

Supply of Detergent as per direction of EIC

Supply of air freshners(odonil or equivalent) as per direction of EIC

Supply of Napthalene Ball as per direction of EIC

Providing required manpower during sports events for cleaning of playground and surrounding areas, lime re-marking of playing field, assistance to players and officials at the outer boundary, shifting and arrangement of sports equipment, and carrying out all other allied field-related works, complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC).

PART B- STADIUM GROUND AND ROAD SIDE LAWN -Regular maintenance of lawn and garden area of the Stadium premises, including mowing and trimming of grass, pruning of shrubs and hedges, watering, weeding, hoeing, dressing of lawn edges, removal of dry leaves and unwanted vegetation, application of manure/fertilizer as directed, upkeep of flower beds and plants, cleaning of pathways and surrounding garden area, and all other allied horticultural works, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall deploy the prescribed manpower as stipulated in the Scope of Work. In case of any short deployment, proportionate deduction shall be made from the contractor's bill on a pro-rata basis for the actual period of deficiency.
