Annual Maintenance Contract for various O&M activities at Dhakrani Power Station

Daily cleaning of algae, jungle grass, bushes, polythene packets, dead bodies of animals etc. from trash rack of Dhakrani Power Station upto a depth of 6 –8 feets under/over water round the clock and in all weather condition including the work of removal and throwing the garbage, rubbish and debris etc. outside the power Station security fencing area about 1 Km. away from plant premises. Cleaning of Intake flooring area from one entrance gate to another gate with sweeping including all cost of T&P e.g. Safety belt, rope, rain coats, broom, panji, trolly, torch, gumboot, hand gloves etc. & all special T & P required for proper completion of the work for a period of twelve months as per technical speicificatins. (One job means executing the said work in one month)

Flushing of 6 Nos. heat exchangers (Strainers) of Generator Transformers and 6 Nos. Strainer filters installed in penstock gallery of 3 x 11.25 MW Dhakrani Power Station including back flushing twice in each shift which may be more in case of bad weather condition Including all cost of T&P for a period of three months in monsoon as per technical speicificatins (One job means executing the said work in one month in monsoon period)

Cleaning of turbine including all pipe lines, thrust bearing coolers, cover of drain pumps. Actuator panel & Governor equipment including the sump tank, pressure tank, coolers ,compressors Turbine guage Dewatering pit equipment panels Exciter covers and AVR11 KV Panel and L.T as per technical Specifications. (One job means executing the said work in one month)
