Excavation in foundations, trenches etc.in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work including chiseling/wedging work in dry or saturated conditions up to any depth including stacking the excavated soil serviceable and unserviceable materials separately and then in fifteen centimeters layers when required into plinth side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil, unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within all leads & lifts and disposed materials to be neatly leveled.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete with in all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm.nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering,strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landings and the like: floors etc. up to any thickness.

Sides and soffits of beams,beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding any Mtr. in depth in all heights from floor.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm. wide.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand:4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies,beams,girders,bressumers and contilever upto floor twolevel including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding with binding wire and placing in position complete upto all floor level including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts. Tor steel. (Amba/Kamdhenu/Jai Bharat make)

Providing & laying 1st.class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super-structure above plinth level up to all floor level with cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat on new concrete/masonry/ asbestos cement/ plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with Readymixed primer including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts. Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats)to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.(Snocem India)

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Distempering(two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts(Nerolac/Asian make 1st quality)
