CONDITION OF TENDER

Tender for: - Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of Different types of SPLIT &

WINDOW Air-Conditioners in V.S.Hospital (one year rate tender).

A Separate Demand Draft of Rs. 12,000/- drawn on Nationalized Bank in favor of “SHETH

V.S. GENERAL HOSPITAL, AHMEDABAD” shall be attached with the

tender offer as EMD or Exemption Certificate.

1. Successfully tendered shall have to deposit 5 % (20.000 Rp) of the Tender amount as security

deposit by demand draft or in the form of bank guarantee of Nationalized Bank and shall

have to sign a contract with SHETH V.S. GENERAL HOSPITAL as per rules within 15 days

after receipt of order.

2. Our standard payment term is after 30 working days after getting material in good condition

and satisfactory at our stores/site. No advance payment or Performa invoice payment or bank

through payment will be considered even if any discount is offered for the same. This

standard payment term is applicable only when the tendered fulfils above condition No.

and payment will be made on Quarterly basis on receipt of bill from the contractor for

previous quarter.

3. Not More than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by a firm of contractor, No

two or more concerns in which an individual is interested as a proprietor and/ or a partner & /

or director shall submit tender for the execution of the same work / tender. If they do so all

such tender shall be liable to be rejected.

4. Tendered must give validity of tender for minimum 180 days.

5. Medical Superintendent Reserves the rights to accept or to reject any tender in part or full

without assigning any reason whatsoever and same will not be communicated to the

contract at any time during the Contract period if the work is not found satisfactory or after

giving 10 days prior notice of his intension to do so without assigning reasons thereof.

9. Period of contract shall be valid for Six Month.

both education and experience of this field and one technical helper with Education

16. Routine complain in which there is no need of additional order for material confirmation

must be finish within 15 days after registration of the complaint or there will be rp 100 / day

penalty will be charged.

Eligibility Criteria:-

1. The bidder should be Contractor with AMC / BMC / SMC / State or Central Government

Hospital / Semi. Govt / PSU / GWSSB / GWRTC / Irrigation / Other Corporation /

Boards / Railways. A copy of the work executed satisfactorily in any of the above

institution must be attached with the Tender. The SHETH V.S. GENERAL HOSPITAL

reserves the rights to waive minor deviations, if they do not materially affect the

capability of the bidder to perform the contract. Sub – Contactor’s experience and

resources shall not be taken into account in determining the bidder’s compliance with the

qualifying criteria.

2. The Bidder shall have successfully executed two works for slimier kind of work and

having amounted of Rs 4.00 lacs for last three years.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS REGARDING TENDER

(A) SCOPE OF WORK

1. Contractor has to keep sufficient, trained and qualified manpower for this work

2. Contractor should have sent his staff with well equipped & spares. Hospital would not give

any materials to carry out work.

3. Written order will have to be procured from the concerned Engineer (R.M.E. ELE.-DEPT.)

for major maintenance and equipment is to be removed from site and opened it in the

presence of Engineer-in-charge.

4. Transportation charges for any kind of maintenance or replacement, to and fro Borne by the

9. The contractor shall have to carry out repairs with the help of his skilled staff and only

approved quality of genuine parts are to be replaced. In case of inferior or sub standard parts

are used the same shall have to be replaced by genuine parts at free of cost by the contractor

within the prescribed time limit. Frequency of such cases will lead to the termination of

12. Contractor has to keep required spare materials ready at his workshop for maintenance or

replacement work.
