Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock, chiseling, wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material at approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete thework by mechanical means and labour if required. Recovery of stone to the tune of 552.00 cum (Five hundred fifty two point zero zero cubic metres) quantity at the rate of 300/-(R upees Three hundred) per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor's running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300mm (Three hundred milimetre) below the sub grade level watered graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2 for sub grade construction as per technical specification clause 303.5.2 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including cairrage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading by mechanical means to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 (eighty - hundred) kN static roller to meet requirement of Table 300.2 complete as per MORD technical Specification Clause 407 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetres) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing walls, return walls and retaining walls complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1203 and 1604 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three Wheel 80-100 ( Eighty-hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 for grading-I Material and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of stone aggregate of specific sizes 63mm to 45mm (sixty three millimetres to forty five millimetres) size, grading–II to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm (Eleven decimal two millimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum ( zero point two zero cubic metres) per ten square metres and binding material at the rate of 0.06 cum (Zero decimal zero six cubic metre per ten sqaure metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 405 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate 0.85 Kg. per Sqm (Zero point eight five kilogram) (per square meter) with nano technology Tera prime binder at the rate of 1% (One percent) by weight of emulsion using mechanical means as per technical specifications clause 502 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.250 kgs. (Zero point two five Zero kilogram) per Square metre with nano technology nano tac binder at the rate of 1.4% (One point four percent) by weight of emulsion on the prepared granular base surface treated with primer and surfaces cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 503 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge. Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder at the rate 3.3% (Three point three percent) of mix with nano technology binder at the rate of 0.1% (Zero point one percent) by weight of bitumen transported to site upto all leads, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504 complete in all respect and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, height and other incidentals. Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty milimetres) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of grading-2, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) @ 5.5% (Five point five) per cent by weight of total mix with nano technology binder at the rate of 0.1% (Zero point one percent) by weight of bitumen binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH technical specification clause 507 complete in all respect and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, height and other incidentals. The lower plate will be welded with M.S. angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (twenty five into twenty five into five millimetre). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos.
