Deployment of tools / equipment for Comprehensive load testing of HOT/EOT gantry crane of capacity 0.3 Ton to 3 Ton carrying out (once in a completion period of contract) all as directed .

Deployment of tools / equipment for Comprehensive load testing of HOT/EOT gantry crane of capacity 5 Ton to 10 Ton carrying out (once in a completion period of contract) all as directed. Note for item No 1 & 2:- (i) Required load for testing of crane will be provided by the contractor under his own arrangement. (ii) Load testing shall be carried out in presence of user and MES rep. (iii)The Contractor shall produce certificate after load testing for the same duly signed by user. (iv) Contractor shall be submitted three copy of load testing certificate duly signed by Engr-in-charge shall be kept in record.

Comprehensive maintenance of HOT/ EOT gantry crane of capacity 0.3 Ton to 3 Ton, cleaning,greasing & oiling of component, checking of serviceability of all component complete all as specified and directed .

Comprehensive maintenance of EOT gantry crane of capacity 5 Ton to 10 Ton, cleaning , greasing & oiling of component, checking of serviceability of all component, complete all as specified and directed . Note for item No 3 & 4 (i) Replacement of unserviceable Spare part will be measured & paid separately under respective item of Schedule (ii) Servicing of item shall be carried out by skilled technician or any OEM / its authorised Service provider (iii) Necessory T & P required for servicing deemed to be included in the quoted rate

Material and labour for changing of OEM recommended gear oil of EOT crane of capacity 0.3 to 10 ton after draining out old oil cleaning of gear box etc complete all as directed .

S&F in repair / replacement of Flame proof Pendent of EOT crane with capacity 0.3 ton to 10 ton including (Forward & Reverse, Left & Right, Start & Stop, Up & Down, Emergency Stop,Micro mode ) all connecting function complete all as directed .

Dismantling & Refixing of wire rope of EOT/HOT crane from Rope Drum of capacity of 0.3 ton to 10 ton connecting complete all as directed . (Note -Checking of wire for its strenghing capacity and serviceability of steel wire rope.)

S&F in repair flexible control cable, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed with multistranded, copper conductor, of size 4 sqmm 4 core, suitable for EOT crane & connecting complete all as directed.

M&L for 1 HP capacity electric motor of EOT crane, AC 3 phase, by dismantling the motor and taking out the old winding wires, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with appropriate size of super enamelled copper winding wire, and varnishing complete including replacing the worn out bearing reassembling the motor fixing in same position and testing complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 2 HP capacity electric motor of EOT crane, AC 3 phase, by dismantling the motor and taking out the old winding wires, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with appropriate size of super enamelled copper winding wire, and varnishing complete including replacing the worn out bearing reassembling the motor fixing in same position and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L and labor for removing the gear box of EOT crane of any capacity drain out the gear oil , ,replace unserviciable parts , gas cutts,oil seal and refixing to original position ,testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.
