Supply and delivery of Submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with water proof suitable size motor having following specification: Pump- DISCHARGE- (3.0 M3/HR---6.0 M3/HR) HEAD:- 66 MTR------25 MTR SHAFT: S.S/MS IMPELLER:- G.M./Bronze/S.S/Chrom Steel./Noryl OUTLET SIZE: 32mm/50mm/65mm BEE 3 STAR RATED MOTOR- Submersible type, 3 ph.,50 Hz.,415V,.± 10%/ Volts, RPM-2900 with wet type winding, (MIN. 1.5 HP/1.1 KW) (Make : PHED Approved Make) N.B:- (A) H/Q charateristic curve chart of pump set should be submitted before delivery. (B) Test certificate of pump & motor should be submitted during delivery.

Supply, delivery & fitting at site of 2.5 sq.mm. 3 core, 1.1 KV grade, PVC insulated, water proof flat Submersible cable. (Make : PHED Approved Make)

Supply and delivery of 40 mm. dia. 8 mm thick UPVC standard type column pipe with suitable thread on both side and pvc socket at one end with following dimension. 3 mtrs long

Supply delivery at site of 40 mm dia (ID) 48 MM (OD) UPVC Hitensile submersible pumps pipe (column pipe) one end threaded and other end coupler female PVC Pipe joint system with coupler, with allowable hydrostatic pressure 21 Kg/cm2 1.5 Mtr. Each

Supply and delivery of 40 mm dia CI top and bottom adapter

Supply and delivery of Heavy type suitable dia.M.S.suspension clamp along with nuts,bolts,washer etc.

Supply delivery Anti snapping safety device for pump set by supplying suitable size MS clamps two sets and nylon rope of required length including supplying of nuts, bolts and all other materials

Supply and delivery of gunmetal wheel valve of approved make and brand tested to 21 kg per sq. cm (for water line) -1 no. and GM check valve (horizontal) tested to 21 kg/cm2-1 no., CIDF bend 90°-1 no. Tee-1 no., CI/MS flanged short pices 0.50 mtr-2 nos., blank flange-1 no., CI/MS flanged pipe 1 mtr.-1 no. etc as per IS specification and certification for construction of delivery pipe line and wash out line. Make : Any approved make from WBPHED unified vendor list

S/D heavy type 125 mm dia split type tube well cover with 10 mm thick clamping arrangement including holes of column pipe, and cable entry with 2 sets heavy type suspension clamps, nuts, bolts and washer as per departmental design.

Supply and fitting of 40 mm dia CIDF non return valve conforming to IS: 5312, part-I (PN-1.0), Make- PHED Approved make

Installation of all supplied pump motor, valves and specials, pipe above supplied items as in including supply of cable gland, sockets etc. icluding brick sand, cement rod etc. as required to complete the job as per direction and up to the entire satisfaction of EIC

Making suitable size tubewell foundation 1m x 1 mx 0.75m with supplying of necessary cement brick, sand and stone chips including plastering and neat cement finish complete masonary works and hinge MS fabricated top gate with locking arrangement as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads,fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for painting will be made seperately) For Exposed Work PVC Pipes: 40 mm

Fixing only starters (for motor control) on flat iron frame on wall: Direct on Line starter for motor (upto 5 HP)
