Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

The intending bidder should have experience in Supply, Fabrication and Erection of structural steel components not less than 14 tons in a year in Coal Handling Plant of 210 MW and above Thermal Power Station. As a proof, bidder shall submit Work order/Job order copy issued by an officer of the rank chief engineer/competent authority.

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed the work as mentioned in PQR-1, costing not less than Rs. 20.5 Lakhs in single/multiple work (not more than 3) orders during preceding five financial years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). As a proof, bidder shall furnish Work done certificates and corresponding Work orders/Job orders of value mentioned above, issued by an Officer not below the rank of Chief Engineer /competent authority. Work done amount of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited.

The intending bidder in his name should have achieved in at least two financial years a minimum average annual financial turnover of Rs.41.0 Lakhs in last five financial years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). As a proof, the bidder shall furnish Turnover certificate/the Profit and Loss account duly certified by the Chartered Accountant for the respective years. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited.
