Construction of pipe line for water supply with 280 mm dia PVC 10kg/cm2 Pipes, including earth work excavtion for pipe line trench of size 0.90 X 1.20 M using 2/3 quantity with Machinary and 1/3 quantity with manual in all soils except Rock requiring blasting, lowering, laying and jointing of pipe lines true to alignment and gradient and refilling trenches with excavated earth (other than rocky soil and boulders) with watering, tamping and removeing surplus earth from site of work and filling pipe line with water and testing etc., complete but including cost of 280 mm dia PVC 10kg/cm2 Pipes and its specials.

Supply & Fixing of 80mm dia PN 1.6 (MPa) Tamper Proof DI Flanged Single Chamber Air Release Valves with body & cover made of Ductile Iron Grade GGG-40/SG-400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or Equivalent as per IS1865, IS:3896-2 with Food Grade Epoxy Powder Coating(EP-P) (Min:250 Micron) inside and Outside of Color Blue RAL 5005. All internal parts such as Float, shell, Cove Bolts etc. made of Austenitic alloy steel of SS AISI 304/316 and DN 50 float of and other components with ABS/PTFE/EPDM/NBR and generally conforming to DIN/BIS/AWWA standards (or) combination Flange drilling as per IS - 1538 and exclusive of all taxes and including Valve Chamber size 1.05 X 1.20X1.70 Mts,CI A/F Air Tee,D/F Ci pipes -0.60 m long 2 No's, MTAS, MS threaded flanges, Jointing materials such as boits nuts and rubber vouchers including material cost for main line-4nos, Jointing materials such as balls nuts and rubber vouchers for Air valve fixing , Labour charges for lowering Cl pipes and tees 2 jobs-l job, Labour charges for Fixing of valve. on 280 mm dia PVC 10kg/cm2 Pipeline
