Physical verification of Ilmenite stock at IREL Chavara plant on monthly basis and Physical verification of WIP, Raw Materials and Mining output at Chavara Plant, Mining sites at VT mining, Azheekkal and Thottappally using total station instrument

Volume calculation of Ilmenite stock stored in Godown Nos. 20 & 21, the Lorry Loading Shed, and any other locations within the Chavara Plant premises as directed by the Company officials, using an Electronic Total Station (ETS) Instrument. The scope shall include the hire charges of the instrument, all conveyance, operating and incidental charges, preparation and submission of volumetric reports with supporting drawings, including soft copies, complete in all respects, for a period of TWO YEARS. The work shall be carried out once every month, or as and when instructed by the Company. In the event that any discrepancy or error is noticed in the submitted volumetric reports with reference to IREL records, the contractor shall, at no additional cost to the Company, re-survey the stock and submit corrected volumetric reports within the time stipulated by the Engineer-in-Charge. Such re-survey and revision shall form part of the contractor's contractual responsibility

Volume calculation of Work-in-Progress (WIP), Raw Materials (RM), and Mining Output at the Chavara Plant and the mining locations at VT Mining, Azheekkal and Thottappally, using an Electronic Total Station (ETS) Instrument. The scope shall include all conveyance, operating and incidental charges, and submission of volumetric reports with supporting drawings, including soft copies, complete in all respects, for a period of TWO YEARS. The work shall be carried out once every quarter, or as and when instructed by the Company. If any discrepancy or error is found in the submitted volumetric reports with reference to IREL records, the contractor shall re-survey the concerned area and submit corrected volumetric reports within the time stipulated by the Engineer-in-Charge, without claiming any additional payment, as the re-survey shall be deemed to be included within the scope of the contract.
