SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I: E/M WORKS

M & L For Point Wiring complete with 1100 Volts, FRLS Grade, 1.5 Sq.mm, Single Core, PVC Insulated, Unsheathed, Multistranded Copper Conductor Cable, confirming to IS - 694 drawn through PVC Conduit concealed in Walls / Roofs / Floors / Ceiling etc. and Modular Type Pressed Metal Flush Box made out of 1mm thick GI Sheet of suitable size and including Modular type Base / Grid Frame & Cover Frame for housing Modular Type Switches, Sockets and Regulators etc. concealed in walls, including 1100 Volts, FRLS Grade, 1.5 Sq.mm, Single Core, PVC Insulated, Unsheathed, Multistranded Copper Conductor cable as earth continuity conductor with colour coding and connecting to Earth Dolly for One Fan Point controlled by One Switch with all accessories complete all as specified. [Note- The PVC Conduit to Concealed in wall through cutting,Chassing,Pining in making good surfacing where required and pointing in cement mortar and making good for same unit rates are included for same]

Description all as per item No. 1 above but for 5/6Amp switch socket out let, independent board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F switch modular one way 6 Amps,1 module 230V complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose surface bake lite 65 x 30 mm with 3 terminals complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F modular stepped type fan regulator 120W, 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC)

Supply & fix Air Circulator fans Wall mount 230 volts single phase oscillating 400 mm sweep, 1350 RPM suitable for wall mounting complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Factory made sheet metal enclosure for DBs double door (Fixed flush to the wall), SPN DB, 240 volt, 12 Way, IP-42 protection with 100 Amp rated bus bar and 1.5 Sq. mm copper PVC sheathed cable for earth continuity and suitable for having MCB’s complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MCB 6 to 32Amp, 240 Volt, SPN, breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' series, , complete all as specified

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 6.0 Sq. mm PVC un-sheathed, copper conductor cable, 1100 Volt, and one run of copper earth wire 6.0 Sq mm drawn through PVC surface/concealed of 20 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Copper conductor 2 run and one run of copper earth wire along with PVC concealed conduict shall be measured as one length & Cutting of chases/walls and making good the disturbed surface are included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for point wiring with 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper cable 1100V, FRLS grade multistranded drawn in and including 20mm PVC conduit totally concealed in walls/ceiling with tee, bend, elbows,junction box etc. with provision of PVC insulated 4.0 sqmm copper conductor cable as earth continuity including 2.0mm thick prefabricated galvanised boxes with white modular cover plate of suitable size for fixing 15/16 Amps modular switch socket outlet and connected the earth wire to common earth dolly for 15/16 Amps Socket point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) All the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling shall be made good to match the existing wall / ceiling finishes and the rate also include all the cutting, chasing and cementing work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Modular Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20A rating complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Water heater storage type, electric,capacity 25 litres, copper storage tank,BEE 5 star rated including Hot and cold heavy duty pipes, complete installation, testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed by Engg-In Charge.

Supply and fixing of Factory made sheet metal enclosure for DBs double door (Fixed flush to the wall),SPN, 240 volt, 8 Way, IP-42 protection with 200 Amp rated bus bar and 1.5 Sq. mm copper PVC sheathed cable for earth continuity and suitable for having MCB’s complete all as specified.

M & L for cutting to existing GI/PP-R Pipeline upto 25mm dia for taking connection upto 15/20mm dia GI Pipe including insertion of Tee complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay pipe galvanized, “Medium class”, including fittings 20 mm (3/4”) dia and all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Gate Valve 20mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Valve, stop, screwed,15 mm (1/2”) dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Brass CP mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe of 15mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Cock, bib, brass, screwed down For size 15 mm (1/2”) dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.
