a. Decoupling of 10 cusec Horizontal end suction pump from the motor assembly and dismantling the pump from the base, dragging to loading site, loading in private vehicle, carriage to the workshop for repairs. b. Manufacturing, providing, fitting of MS sleeve as per sample and requirement (01 no.). c. Providing & fitting of bearing no. 5213 (01 no) and 5313 (01 no.) of SKF/reputed make as per sample. The job shall also include adequate greasing to the bearings. d. Manufacturing, providing and fitting of GM bush for pump casing as per sample and requirement. e. Providing and fitting of palmetto packing, oil seals, gasket as per requirement. f. Manufacturing, providing and fitting of studs for pump body (04 no.) as per sample including making internal treads after removal of damaged/rusted ones. g. Manufacturing, providing and fitting of MS split type gland(01 no.) with gland bolts as per sample. h. Reassembling of dismantled partsof pumping unit, loading and carriage from workshop to site, unloading, refitting base frame, coupling to motor and testing on full load.
