House Keeping operations to offices in TE Building Patel Nagar Dehradun. It includes following operations :-
(A) Sweeping & mopping of all floors of TE Building including Customer Service Centre but excluding basement/ stores with disinfectant water solution of all common areas, galleries, staircase lobby, central lobby, office chambers, emptying and cleaning of dustbins and disposal of waste material to municipal dump or municipal waste carriage vehicle.
(B) Cleaning of all toilets, fixtures, floors and wall tiles with acid/harpic and bleaching power including putting odonil/napthalene balls in urinals etc.
(C) Removing of cobwebs from common areas and office chambers.
(D) Sweeping and cleaning of all CC/paved roads, ramp to basement and parking areas etc. around the building inside the campus on daily basis i/c disposal of waste material to municipal dump or municipal waste carriage vehicle.
(Note:- Cleaning work should commence in morning so as to be completed before 10:00 AM Necessary record of all daily activity shall be maintained indicating location and this shall be open for inspection by J.T.O/S.D.E(Civil) in charge of the work. The entire work shall be carried out with utmost care and caution and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates shall be inclusive of all labour and material involved in all the operations stated above. Note:- The quoted rate shall be for complete job as above per month.
Cleaning of window panes, wooden panelling, Aluminium partition , Sofa set and carpet with vaccume cleaner, soapy solution, solvents etc. in administrative portion once in a month, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Removal of chockage / blockage in W.C. Seat including cleaning of seat & disposal of waste material all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Removal of chokage of floor traps, Nahani traps and associated C.I. pipes and bends to ensure smooth flow of waste by pressure pushing, flexible wire and taking out refusal and disposal off etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
