Supply, laying and testing of FRLS Insulated Single Core Unsheathed Industrial Flexible Cable conforming to IS 694:2010 with Bright Annealed Copper Conductor for Voltage Grade 1100 Volts of size 95 sqmm in trench/duct/floor/wall provision of saddle and lugs, joints etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and installation of LT panel board outdoor IP65 type platform mounted fabricated through CPRI IEC 61439 approved factory manufacturers, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof openable from both front and rear side made out of self supported 3. mm thick CRCA (Cold Rolled Cold Annealed) MS sheet of suitable length, width and height as per IE rule to accommodate all the items and conforming to IS-8623 and built upon 75 x 40 x 6 mm size Channel and lugs fixed on existing cable trenches having fro t and rear hinged doors with neoprene rubber gasket, danger plate, GI earthing strips at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size single plated and passivated nuts, bolts, spring washers. The cabinet and all members shall be chemically treated with MSR solution for air corrosive treatment and powder coated (shade RAL - 7032) with 9 tank process and shall be with IP-65 grade protection. The panel shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz 3 phase 4 wire system and internal connections which shall be provided with aluminium strips of suitable size and comprising of the following accessories. all as specified and as directed BUS BAR CHAMBER : (i) Sheet steel bus bar chamber having front hinged covers with a set of electrolytic grade high conductivity TP&N solid Aluminium bus bars, rated 1000 Amps supported at required intervals sleeved with heat shrinkable PVC sleevings. Material and labour for Chemical earthing with copper plate 600x600x5mm buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 3.5 meter deep below normal ground level) connected to copper earth strip 32x6 mm (upto 7.5 meter) to earth plate by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or charcoal and salt crystals including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40mm thick RCC pit cover using 8mm dia light grade GI pipe etc., and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Metre deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected with galvanised strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers including welding of each joints made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded stone aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 metre etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed
