Construction of remaining part of Nihalipurwa to Pashu Chikit Shalaya link road.

Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be done in form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 M. in depth and work of embankment to be 20 cm layers including ramming & dressing the surfce to the required levels & slopes and including 1.5 m lift and 30 m. lead from the cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 30 m. distance as directed by Engineer-in-charge for proper completion of work.

Providing, laying and spreading material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement @ 2% by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base.

Providing, laying and spreading material on a prepared sub base cement @ 4% by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of base. Cement Treated W.M.M.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure Distributer at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom but including cost of Bitumen.

Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant ,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat but including cost of Bitumen.

Providing and laying seal coat 'C' Type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall but including cost of Bitumen.

Construction of shoulder with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1, with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material. (1x1000 mm dia)

Cement Concrete in foundation with 1 : 3 : 6 cement coarse sand and 40 mm. stone ballast supply of all material, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work. (1x1000 mm dia)

Brick masonry work in 1:3 cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203. (1x1000 mm dia)
