Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth from existing top surface for all width and length, including removal of sub base/base coarse if required by manually/mechanical means including compaction, levelling, dressing and disposal of excavated earth upto 1.5 kM etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of existing bituminous (black top) road of all thickness by manually/ mechanical means including levelling & dressing, stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 1.5KM lead as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Demolishing cement concrete of any mix by manually/ mechanical means including disposal of material to the designated disposal yard with all lead and lift complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolishing of brick work in cement mortar work (manually / by mechanical means), stacking of serviceable materials to the departmental store and disposal of unserviceable material to departmental disposal yard with in a lead of 1.5 Km with all lift etc. complete as per the specification and as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of unserviceable material within 1.5KM lead as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge:

Compaction of exisitng base course/WBM/existing earth surface using 8 to 10 tonne Smooth wheeled diesel Road Roller including making all necessary arrangements for dressing to camber, making good the undulations, spraying of water required for compaction, including the cost of services of operating staff, Cost of lubricating oil, diesel / Petrol/ Kerosene oil , other consumables etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and laying plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements/ floor laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including shuttering & consolidation & compaction, finishing and tamping, curing and using thermocol for joints etc. complete as per the drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying PCC Grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Using approved size of graded stone aggregate and including compaction, curing and cost of form work, for floors, drain base, foundation, footing,and other locations as specified and as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying M-30 grade design mix cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine in roads/pathways etc., using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.Note for Item No. 9:- 1.) Minimum Cement content for M-30 grade concrete shall be @ 320 kg/cum. Less cement consumption then the above is recoverable @ Rs 450/- per Bag. Excess cement if any as per approved design mix shall be used. However excess cement is not payable separately. Unit rate shall be quoted accordingly. 2.) Item of joint fillers, sealants to be paid separately under relevant items. 3). Item of dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars are provided by the department at free of cost, however contractor has to make all necessary arrangements for fetching the material to the work site including loading, unloading & transportation and nothing extra will be paid on this account.

Providing & laying Separation Membrane of impermeable Plastic sheeting 125 micron thick with minimum overlapping of 200 mm complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Note: Measurements will be given only for covered area and over laps will not be measured or paid separately. (Unit Rate shall be quoted accordingly.)

Providing and fixing Pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints of RCC roads / CC pavements after making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, all complete as per the specifications and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Pre-moulded joint fillers shall be made of bitumen hot sealing compound impregnated fibre board having impregnation more than 35%, conforming to IS:1838 for fibre board and IS: 1834 for hot sealing bitumen compound grade A.)

Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing grade 'A' sealing compound conforming to IS: 1834 for sealing of expansion joints in roads / pavements including proper cleaning by using air or others all etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Constructing brick masonry (With brick class designation 7.5 ) in cement mortar 1:6 at all level including curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) at all level including float neat cement punning, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Steel work of Gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and appying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required at all level complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.
