SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I:- PROVN OF CERTAIN WORKS LANSDOWNE

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed

M&L Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado etc laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles complete.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) 75mm thick as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two coats i.e. 1st coat 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 2nd coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing liquid compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound of make-pidilite or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall & applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paints (Apex Ultima/Weathercoat All Guard) over a coat of suitable primer and applying two coat of JK/Birla wall care putty as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of distemper Acrylic Emulsion after applying wall care putty as per manufacturer instructions including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F structural rolled mild steel as in roof trusses (framed) purlins crane gantries, rail and fastening and heavy brckets framing (beam, tee angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc or FE-290 (gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed

S&F Pre-painted galvallume aluminium zinc coating AZ-150 GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour (ISI Marked) having tensile strength of 550 Mps as in roof covering/caldding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc, complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or toher covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete (Fe-290 (Gde E-165).

M&L for point wiring light point with PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed single core cable of multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as phase & neutral drawn in and including stove enameled steel conduit, duly concealed to wall/floor or above false ceiling of suitable size with all fitting and accessories laid on wall/ceiling alongwith 1.5 sqmm stranded PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor(Green in color) as earth wire and connected to common earth dolly for one flame proof light point controlled by one flame proof switch complete as as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, Double pole 250V complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix flame proof LED tube light 20 W complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fix flame proof exhaust fan single phase 230V, 300 mm sweep, 0.25HP, 1120 CFM complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fix DB Box 4 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar incl MCB complete all as specifed and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected by 4 mm GI wire as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt,thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM and charcoal, dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI wire upto 7.5 mtrs long with 15 mm dia light grade Gi pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighting not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover.(ii) Cost of additional GI wire more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

M&L point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed single core cable 1100 Volts grade with stranded copper conductor in and including concealed PVC conduit medium grade including accessories along with continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly, with and including 1.6mm thick cadmium plated sunk MS pressed steel terminal boxes with 3.0 mm thick hylum sheet cover fixed with brass screw complete with all accessories incl cutting chases and making good as per existing surface complete

Description same all as per serial Item No 28 here in above but One light /fan point controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) cable & 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor, in and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC medium duty complete all as specified .

Supply & Fixing of Exhaust Fan of 380mm Sweep, Steel body AC Single phase, complete with blades, frame and louvers and including making whole and grouting of nut bolts etc and making good the disturbed sufaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Switch piano flush type single pole one way 6 Amp complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing Ceiling rose, Three terminal ISI marked surface bakelite suitable for batten fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amp, 240 Volts, having braking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II:- PROVN OF CERTAIN WORKS KOTDWARA

S&F PVC panelling with PVC panels of 9mm thick and 250mm wide interlocked type incl angles or channels and necessary fitting as rawl plugs, screws, adhesive etc including taking down of internal light fittings and refixing of same where required complete all as specified and directed by AGE (I)/ Engr-in-charge.
