Removing the top cover of transformer by removing nuts & bolts ,disconnecting the electrical connection, taking out the core/winding coils out of the tank, taking out the defective/burnt out HT/LT coils, cleaning the tank and cleaning out the dust particles, refitting the core in the tank after necessary repairs (spare parts shall be measured and paid separately) and heat treatment, connecting all the electrical connections, refitting the top cover and other accessories and making the transformer absolutely leak proof, pouring in the insulating oil in the transformer; hoisting placing in position and securing properly the transformer of capacity 100/ 315KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and Supply and fixing HT bushing assembly including studs, nuts, washers, insulators etc suitable for indoor/out door transformer of capacity100 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and supply and fixing LT bushing assembly including studs, nuts, washers, insulators etc suitable for indoor/out door transformer of capacity 50 to 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and supply and fix cork sheet gasket for transformer of different capacities 50 to 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and supply and fixing silica gel breather assembly of capacity 250 gms duly charged with silica gel suitable for 11/0.433 KV transformer confirming to IS specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Filtration heating and dehydrating of drained out transformer oil to achieve dielectric strength not less than 40 KV (V.M.S) at 4mm gap complete all as specified and directed.

Supply heating and filling of transformer oil EHV grade having dielectric strength not less than 40 KV (RMS) of 4mm gap low viscosity in transformer, confirming to IS -335 of 1983 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in Soft/loose soil, n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m deep and getting out for laying of cables/ pipes etc including forming bottom surfaces to the required level/ slope complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean and dry fine sand free from sharp materials (unwashed) laying in trenches around the cable for cushioning in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick covering with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class `B` old size bricks laid dry and flat complete all as specified and directed.

Attending the complaints of external electrical in R/O no light in complete bldg complete and area due to any reason/ defects (ie taull in cable , LT panel GOD switch ,over head line ACB, APFC panel etc ) and restored the electric supply to the enhre satisfaction of the department by rectification of fault in cable /panel /transformer /GOD /over head line including minor repair i,e jointing of cables replacement of lugs ,pvc insulations , binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable / burnt out MCCBs from existing LT Panel board duly disconnected all electrical connection & Supply and fixing MCCB 200 Amps, FP 415 V, 36 KA, with thermal and magnetic setting , incl necessary cable connection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable / burnt out MCCBs from existing LT Panel board duly disconnected all electrical connection & Supply and fixing MCCB 160 Amps, FP 415 V, 36 KA, with thermal and magnetic setting , incl necessary cable connection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable / burnt out MCCBs from existing LT Panel board duly disconnected all electrical connection & Supply and fixing MCCB 100 Amps, FP 415 V, 36 KA, with thermal and magnetic setting , incl necessary cable connection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable / burnt out MCCBs from existing LT Panel board duly disconnected all electrical connection & Supply and fixing MCCB 125/160 Amps, FP 415 V, 36 KA, with thermal and magnetic setting , incl necessary cable connection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable/burnt out and supply and installation, commissioning and testing of HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with 12 insulator 200 amps rating and steel frame mechanically operated mechanism consisting of operating rod of 25mm bore light grade GI pipe of suitable length worked from ground level and with locking arrangement flat iron clamp 50mmx6mm incl MS channel of suitable size and length for fixing GOD incl DO fuse unit set, 9/12 insulator type complete, greasing and bolts, nuts and washer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting existing HT/LT connection from transformer capacity 100KVA and drain out oil up to working level for replacement of Low tension bushing insulator with stud, nut bolts and gasket etc including opening the transformer and refixing including changing cover gasket, making good connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Item rates deemed to include for proper storage or drained transformer oil and refilling.

M & L for maintenance of transformers 11KV/433 volts by disconnecting existing HT/LT connection drain out oil up to working lavel all as specified, checking and correcting the distortion and looseness of the winding on the core, checking and correcting the slackness of the core and tightening nuts, bolts, tightening neutral of the transformer from inside refilling in transformer, positioning core properly including testing for insulation resistance after completion of the job for transformers of capacity upto 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed.. Note: - (i) Item rates deemed to include for proper storage of transformer oil during the work and dehydration and testing for dielectric strength before refilling. (ii) Item shall be operated before complete filtration and dehydration of transformer oil.

M & L for rewinding of damaged HT/ LT coil with same gauge of existing coil with similar class of existing insulation of capacity 100 KVA transformer complete all as specified and directed..

M&L For Earthing with Galvanised Iron Earth Plate Electrode 600X600X6mm size buried directly in Ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 METRE below Ground Level with the Top Edge of Earth Plate at a depth not less than 1.50 METRE below Ground Level connected to GI Strip 32X6.0mm as Earth Lead by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and Washers of Galvanised Steel, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by a packed thickness of Char Coal or Coke Dust mixed with Common Salt in alternate layers not exc. 150mm thick, Aluminium Strip protected with and including Galvanised Iron Pipe 40mm Bore (dia) Light Grade, upto 1.0 METRE above the Floor Level of the Building where Main Switch/DB situated including PCC Pit in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20mm Graded Stone Agg-regate) and RCC Cover of size 540X540X50mm in RCC 1:2:4 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) rein-forced with and including 8.0mm dia TMT Bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways, Galvanised Iron Wire Mesh, Funnel, Galvanised Iron Watering Pipe 20mm Bore (dia) Medium Grade, necessary Excavation in Soft/ Loose Soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus Spoil upto a distance of 50.00 METRE and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I and Testing on completion including Taking down old Unserviceable Earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for shingle filling in floors or pavings of Gauge 40 to 63 mm, removing exiting washing, spreading of lime, layer of sand upto 50mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 150mm thick, watered and rammed to a True Surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stay Assembly of any description and any size including Mild Steel Clamps with Bolts, Nuts and Washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Insulators from Poles of any description and any size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous white ,with letters ,figures and fixed with ms clamps bolts and nuts of size approved size for HT 11000 of size 25cmx20cm confirming to IS-2531 complete all as specified and directed..

M&L For Painting of pole 11 kv mounted line of HT/ LT two pole structure and 04 pole structure with aluminium paint two coats on steel poles on over a coat of red oxide 33 KV structure./11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of 11 KVA yard/ two pole structure/ four pole structure removing of tree/ plants/ grass twice during the contract period complete all as specified and directed. (Note : twice in contract period shall be measured as one unit).

M & L Stay Assembly complete with Accessories as show in Electrical Plate No. 1 of MES Schedule Part-I, diameter of Stay Rod 20mm, size of Plate 300X300 X6mm including 7/4.00mm Galvanised Stay Strand One Loop type Insulator, Vitreous Porcelain, White Brown or Green, Large size with Overall dimensions 90x140mm Clearance of Hole 25.5mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L disc Type Insulator, Single, Porcelain, Vitreous 145mm High and 255mm dia Ball and Socket Type White, Brown or Green, in ‘two Disc in series Assembly’ for tension with Tension Clamps for Conductors, Working Pressure 11000 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying XLPE insulated, armoured, electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed on poles / walls or passing through pipes including provision of necessary lugs and glands & making necessary connection complete all as specified and directed for the following:- (a) 10 sqmm 2 core

(b) 16 sqmm 4 core

(c) 50 sqmm 3.5 core

(d) 120 Sqmm 3 .5 core

Taking out carefully existing unserviceable LT cable from pole, panels and trenches (Earthwork shall be measured and paid separetely) any size any capacity and removing connection from existing switch board/ over head line etc complete.

S & F aluminium strip 25x3mm as required place all as specified and directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 14,715.00.
