Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. DSR 2.31

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : CC 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) DSR 4.1.2

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) DSR 4.1.10

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete (DSR 5.9.1)

Conditions-

All civil work shall be executed according to the approved drawings of UPPTCL

All quantites in BOQ are tentative and may vary to any extent or deleted during execution as per actuall approved layout plan and side condition.

The quartiles in BOQ are tentative and may vary up to any safers or be deleted as per the requirement at site.

All Civil Work Shall be carried out as per UPPWD/UPPTCL specification.

All Rates in BOQ are exclusive of CGST.SGST Labour tax shall be borne by contactor.

Pozzlona Portland cement confirming to is 1489 (part 1) 1991 of approved quality like AGC, Ultra Tech, Birla or equl shall any be used.

Overweight steel section withen tolerance shall be measured at standard weight and underweight steel section within Tolarence shall be measured at actuel weight.

In case any change in of Quantity is suggested by higher authority that will be binding on the contractor the agreement shall be execured on the approved Bill of Quantity only.

Performance Guarantes shall be applicable as per GO 62223-12-2012-2 audit 108 Dt 08/06/2012 adopted by UPPTCL BOQ dated 27-06 2017
