Excavation in trenches, getting out in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exc 1.5m wide for taking out the existing cable of poles etc any size at places complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified.

Returning filing in including spreading levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick all as specified.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning 15 cm below and 8 cm above the U/G cable laid (total depth of send shall be 23 cm) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other all as specified and directed at site.

S&F Junction box (looping box) made out of 2mm thick sheet steel of suitable size including two coats of painting over a coat of red oxide primer to accommodate aluminium bus bar 3 phase, 4 wire and cut out 10 Amp capacity to control incoming and outgoing connection to seurity light on pole including MCB of 10 Amp and connection to Security light necessary clamps, nuts, bolts, washers and aluminium thimble to incoming and out going cable and make connection to existing bus bar etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for scrapping of old paint from the steel tubular pole upto 9.0 mtr height with out removing accessories and preparation of surface for re-painting. Repainting the pole with one coat of alternative white and black straps of 30cm upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamel paint starting with black strap. repainting the remaining pole and iron parts i.e. U clamps, channels, etc above 1.5mtr height by applying one coat of aluminium paint all as required at site or directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead 32x6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion

All as per item no.20 but size of earthing lead 4 mm dia wire with GI proection pipe of 15mm dia upto 7.5 mtr etc

M&L for aluminium strip 25x3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete.

M&L for galvanized iron strip 32x6mm buried in ground complete.

M&L for Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal of phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex. Head screws complete.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanized iron wire complete.

M&L for GI pipe light grade of size 15mm galvanized with all fittings incl fixing on wall, laying under ground, fixing on pole etc complete for earth conductor protction.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 50,395.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
