Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soils, such as pick work, jumper work,blasting work, by blasting or chieling and pumping bailing, dewatering where ever required etc. complete and lift up to all heights and then clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm, layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth up to approved dumping site , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge. Any loss of Govt.and private property during the execution of work the absulte responsibilty of the contractor.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in: Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement:Three sand:Six graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding cost of centring and shuttering in : Foundations and plinth, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge.

2nd class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super- structure in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One Cement : Five Sand) above plinth level to all floor level, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge.

15mm cement plaster in single coat on Rough/fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement : Five sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces(two coats)to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying upto all floor level cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : Two Sand : Four graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete including form work in String courses coping bed plates, anchor blocks plain window sills and the like,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge.
