Providing services of 03 Nos (three) house keeping for data entry [ DATA ENTRY OPERATORS ] and carrying out works like receiving of daily DAK, filing, put up case file, typing of drafts, linking & flagging to correspondence, well maintenance and updating of file system in AGE (I) (CG) Vizag office. The deployed persons (male/female) should be with good character and discipline, minimum qualification 12 th Pass with minimum typing speed on computer 30 words per minute (WPM). These persons shall have adequate computer knowledge as well as know about applications for eg. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point documents, knowledge of office security and secrecy, knowledge of moving correspondence among offices, economy of stationery, keeping of records, routine work, maintenance of documents of inspections, operation and typing skills. Tentative shift timings shall be as under (However, it can be changed as per directions issued by Engineer-in-Charge time to time) :- (a) Working time :- 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs (all working days except Gazetted Holidays and closed holidays such as Sunday etc.) with lunch break 1330 Hrs to 1400 Hrs. (b) Location of working :- AGE (I) (CG) Vizag Office.

Providing Conservancy services such as daily cleaning , sweeping, mopping of AGE (I) (CG) Vizag Office including rearranging of furniture and cleaning of toilets including disinfection of rooms , cleaning of window panes,doors and window shutters including frames, staircase railing, lift car, finally cleaning of roofs and open drains etc. by deploying 01 Nos (one) Safaiwala per day capable of reasonbly understanding and speaking preferably national language complete all as specified in particular specifications and as directed. Notes : (i) Safaiwala to be employed on all working days excluding sundays, national holidays and closed holidays. Working hours to be directed by the controlling officer of the AGE (I) (CG) Vizag. (ii) Material for cleaning purpose such as brooms, wipers, white phenyle, disinfecting liquids, mopping rods/clothes,room/toilet fresheners and other consumables shall be supplied /arranged by the contractor only.

NOTE 1: for Srl.No. 1 to 2 including sub paras here-in-before:- (i) For detail about attending the complaints, priorities, penalties, qualifications etc please refer Sch 'A' Notes and tender documents. (ii) The rates quoted in Column 13, shall not be less than the minimum wages as notified by the GOI/ state Govt/local body, whichever is higher, failing which the tender shall be treated as non-bonafide. (iii) The contractor shall also quote rate/percentage against EPF, ESIC, Bonus, LWC, OH&P , All taxes ,cess ,levies as applicable including GST in respecive column i.e, Column No 14,16,20,22,26 & 29 as per latest instructions of concern department as on "End date of bid submission". (iv) The bid shall be treated as Non-bonafide on following reasons:- (a) Quoting Nil against OH&P. (b) Quotating less than Minimum wages (c) Quoting LWC less than 1%, if applicable as per existing norms of LWC. (d) Quotating Less/Nil against EPF, ESIC & Bonus w.r.t same as applicable according to total number of workmen / wages as per instructions in vogue.

NOTE 1 (Contd/-) (v) The financial effect involved against EPF, ESIC & Bonus shall be paid only after submission of valid and authenticated document in support of proof of payment failing which payment against these heads shall not be made. (vi) Contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place.
