Removal of Chimney up to 0.5Mtr., fixing of cleat by making holes in stub & tower legs (Cleats & bolts will be provided by RVPN) and provided recasting of chimney and back filling the same with curing and provide coping. Cutting of material for fixing,Welding and related all repairing work of strengthening work of Tower Footing Strengthening work done by firm/contractor. A. Fixing of Cleats:-Drill holes in the stub and tower legs to facilitate the fixing of cleats (cleats and bolts will be provided by RVPN). 2. Recasting of Chimney:- a. After removal, recast the chimney by providing necessary repairs and reinforcement to maintain structural integrity. b. Ensure that the recast chimney is level and aligned correctly as per the design. 3. Backfilling and Curing: a. Backfill the area around the tower leg and chimney with appropriate materials. b. Implement proper curing methods to ensure the longevity and stability of the recast chimney and foundation. 4. Coping: a. Provide coping over the chimney and related sections to protect the structure from environmental damage. b. Ensure the coping is durable and well-sealed. 5. Material Cutting, Welding, and Repairing: a. Cut and prepare the necessary materials for fixing the cleats, chimney recasting, and any other strengthening components. b. Perform welding and other necessary repairs on the tower legs, footing, and related structures. c. Ensure all welding and repairs are done according to the prescribed standards and specifications.
