M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old lime wash (if any), hacking for key, raking out joints of old brick work or stone work built incement or cement lime mortar; not previously plastered; and scrubbing down with water etc. to receive plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 15 mm cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of coloured cement base paint in camauflaged pattern(as per approved CCD pattern) on newly plastered surface incl. prepartion of surface over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular truss/ posts etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as Standard drawing and specifications.

S&F Tie bars and turn buckles with screwed ends, nuts, washers and mild steel plates for walls, chimneys, roofs, arches, etc. king rods and straining bolts conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified.

S&F MS TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders. cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and bending and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC M- 30 design mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregateas) in column, pillar etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

S&F Mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts 16mm to 20mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with 3mm thick washers and one hexagonal or square nut, but length of bolt exc 22.5cm but n exc 45cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 10mm dia with steel core (CWR) of approximate mass 39.30Kg/100m and minimum breaking force corresponding to rope grade of 1960 as 70KN in fencing including straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and/or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc. fixed at 11 M hight from base complete all as specified.

S&F stay assembly complete with stay rod 20mm and accessories all as shown in plate No 1 of SSR Part I (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measered separetly) suitable/compatible for MS pole all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel plate (plain or chequred), channel square cut or notched including necessary drilling bolt and similar work conforming to Fe 410 Gde E-250 all as specified complete.

M&L for 75mm bore dia Low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors

S&F 300mm x 300mm x 300mm size wire crates of 4mm dia GI wire filled with 40mm crushed stone aggregate behing the weep holes provided inside the soil all as specified & directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n. exc. 1.5m high from base, earth obtained from item no. 8.04 given below complete all as specified.

Lightening Protection

S & F single pointed air termination copper rod 12 mm dia, 300 mm long with all connected accessories and duly mounted on porcelain insulators, of siutable type/size, fixed on pipe/pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing connecting galvanised iron strips 32X6mm for interconnection of earthing including interconnection as per engineering practice required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & connecting fixing copper strip 20mmx3.15mm complete with FRP/DMC bridge insulators and fixing screws duly fixed along the pole for fitting the strip complete required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing test point terminal block made out of Gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75 mmx75 mm x25 mm drilled and screwed including 03 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws with 40x5x230mm copper / aluminium test link connected with down conductor & earth strip using 2Nos M8,25mm long hexagonel bolt with washer & nut .

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-I using 20 mm graded stone aggregate.for PCC hold fast blocks complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing medium grade 50mm dia for mechanical protection of earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete with using copper plate 60x60cmx3.15mm thick electrode and 20x3 mm copper strip as earthing lid buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and , nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electric plate No3, SSR Part-I,2009 and all as specified testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade and watering pipe 20mm medium grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil , pcc earth pit with RCC cover , charcoal & salt , PGI funnel with wire meshetc. complete including making good disturbed surface of wall,floor.

Note :- The rate is inclusive of cost of galvanised strip and protection pipe upto 7.5m. . (ii) irrespective of what is shown on plate no-3 of SSR Part -I /2009, the earthing pit shall be precasted PCC ( 1:3:6) type C1- 20 mm stone aggregate and the cover of earthing pit shall be of precast RCC (1:2:4) TYPE B1 using 20mm aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia round bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with ms handle 12mm dia with suitable handle fused with surface all as specified. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive of cost of MS sheet of size 300mm x 300mm x3mm size, fixed with necessary nuts and bolts on angle iron of size 40x40x5mm & length 60cm and grouted in the ground with PCC (1:3:6) using 20mm grade stone aggregate of size 200mm x 200mm x 250mm including necessary earth work for marking the result and its purpose of use.

M & L for point wiring for light/fan controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm single core 1100v grade FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor with and including Stove enameled steel conduit not less than 20 mm dia concealed with all fittings including MS pressed steel shet (1.6mm thick) sunk box with 3mm thick ISI marked laminated sheet fixed with cromium / nicckel plated screws and washers for switches and sockets, including 1.5 sqmm single core 1100v grade FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and including cutting chases in walls / floors for concealed conduiting and making good disturbed surface area and white wash/colour wash to matching with the existing colour and all as specified and directed .

S&F LED Flood light fitting 200 watt, with in built electronic driver having surge protection device of 10 KV and ingress protection level of the luminaire shall be minimum IP-65 having Pressure dia cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass, individual LED lenses complete making connection with suitable in size 3 core of wire and suitable for mounted on angle iron frame. Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning CPRI specifications ,manufactured by CPRI approved manufacturer, factory made, totally enclosed, IP 54 dust, weather and vermin proof, CRCA sheet out door LT Panel for 415V, 3 phase 4 wire , 50 Hz AC system with TPN tinned copper bus bar of rating 1.5 times that of controlling MCCB supported on F class DMC/FRP insulator with short circuit withstand capacity 21 MVA for 1 second, neutral bus bar of capacity of that of phase bus bar , general construction confirming to IS-8623/93, having bottom base channel of MS section not less than 75mm x 75 mm x 5 mm , entire panel having common aluminium earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, solid connection from main bus bar to switchgears with required size ( minimum 1.5 Sqmm) PVC insulated copper conductor cable , cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half inculding LED indicating lamp for all phases and , mounted on suitable PCC foundation for the complete panel base with following detailed specification, control and accessories complete:-

OUTER SHELL :- The outer shell shall be made of min 3 mm thick CRCA sheet supported on on MS angle section 75mm x 75 mm x 5 mm frame with openable front & back with concelaed hinges , single door system, lockable/ openable by by keys from both sides, having flush pattern fancy locks, louvers & air vent with gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate with hing provision for entry of armoured cable with adequite size glands. Provision of earthing studs at bottom and threaded lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the feeder pillar box safely shall be made. Computer cut self adhesive vinly danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be provided.

INNER SHELL :- Inner shell made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet compartmentalized to accomodate each control gear, front openable, single door system lockable/openable with "U' type gasket to make the inner shell completely vermin proof having chromium plated locks (2 Nos in each compartment) All control wiring shall be with not less than 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched. tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequite size of lugs. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75x75x5 mm duly pained with zinc based primer. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm should be used at the bottom, . An inspection lamp with 11 Watt CFL shall be fitted on top side of inner shell.

(4) Cost of all civil work for brick pedestal, duly plasttered, shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted, no separate payment shall be allowed for this. (5) The dimention of panel Board as mentioned above is tentative. If it is required to be enhanced to accomodate the switchgears and maintaining the gaps as per IE Rules, it should be enhanced as per requirement without any extra cost to the department. (6) The thickness of MS sheet for outer shall and canopy shall be of 3.0mm and inner doors and partitions shall be of 2.0 mm. (7) The Panel Board should be designed in such a way that adequete workable space is made available inside every compartments. (8) The drawing of the Panel Board shall have to be got approved by Garrison Engineer before starting of fabrication process.

M&L for brick masonary Platform of size 2000x2000x1200 mm (above G.L) , for installation of transformer , with R.C.C slab on top , duly plastered the external surfaces with cement mortar 1:6 with water proofing compound and pointing with cement based paint all as specified in typical drawing No. CE/ALD/TD-188 dt 21.05.2011 and including cain links fencing and steel gate a per relevant typical drawings complete all as specified and as directed.

Standby Power Supply

Supply, erecting, testing and commissioning complete of manufacturere or OEM manufactured, static silent (Sound Proof enclosure) Water cooled Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 320 KVA water cooled, 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG Set shall consists of alternator coupled to a matching capacity D G Set engine, through flixible coupling and mounted on common base frame with AVM with and complete with Automatic on Mains Failure (AMF) control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrrangements , draw plug, air vent inlet and outlet connection, level indicator ,exhaust pipe all suitable for conditions at Bareilly including PCC foundation as per manufacture instructions , anti vibration pads, including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and Comprising of followings:-

(i) ENGINE (Prime Mover) : Diesel Engine 1500 RPM,direct injection, multi cylinders, four stroke confirming to ISO3046/BS 5514, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Bareilly (Taking all derating factor into consideration to drive Alternator capable of delivering 320KVA, 12/24 Volt (as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start, complete with fly wheel all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with tachometer, lub oil temperature, pressure guage and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and Engine protection system (Shut down at High water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc.The scope of supply includes: - -Electrical starter motor 12V /24V as per manufacturer -Battery charging alternator -Fuel system with electronic governor with mechanical governor as back up -Dual spin-on fuel filter with replaceable cartridge -Spin-on full flow lub oil filter and pump -Residential type silencer -Dry type replaceable paper element air cleaner -Recovery bottle -Lube oil cooler -2Nos 12V maintenance free 180AH battery with lead and terminals -Flywheel and flywheel housing to suit tsingle bearing alternate

Area Drainage

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description below or above ground level by mehcanical tools and removal of debris/spoils outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains , including necessary formwork, complete all as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms maulds mi-tered/stopped end etc.all as specified and directed.

Disparsal / Tarmac

Dismantling of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position (PQC) by diamond cutter/mechanical tools and removing the debris/spoils outside the AF permises completed all as directed.

M&L for 150mm thick dry lean concrete (DLC) of grade M-15 (Design mix) with Minimum 250 Kgs of cement (OPC)/cum of concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for 10mm thick layer of sand including watering and rolling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 400 micron HDPE sheet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 250mm thick (PQC) pavement quality concrete as per design mix (using curshed stone aggregate) having minimum flexural strength of 45 kg/sq cm in pavement using non circular/triangular synthetic fiber as per manufacture instruction @ 0.25% weight of cement (minimum cement constant shall be 400 Kg/ Cum) laid to level gredient and camber including necessary formwork and belting or brooming complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Non circular/triangular fiber to be measures and paid separately at supply only rate. NOTE : For PQC only OPC 43 grade cement shall be used .

Supply only polyster non-circular/triangular fibers 6/12 mm long with circum circle diameter 30-35 micron, designed for melting point of 240 0C to 260 0C and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming contraction/dummy joint 8mm wide and 18mm primed and providing polysterene backup rod/debonding strip and top 13mm primed sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound (polyurathane joint sealant) with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommendations including 3mm wide saw cut up to 85mm depth comploete all as shown on drawing and specified and as directed. Note:- Joint filling operation shall be carried out mechanically by the rep of manufacturer of sealant.

M&L for forming construction joint 10mm wide and 25mm deep primed and providing polysterene backup rod/debondinf strip and top 13mm primed sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound (polyurathane joint sealant) with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommendations including 3mm wide saw cut up to 85mm depth comploete all as shown on drawing and specified and as directed. Note:- Joint filling operation shall be carried out mechanically by the rep of manufacturer of sealant.

M&L for forming 25mm wide expansion joint to full depth of pavemnt concrete slab as per shape and section shown on drawing (depth of slab 250mm) and primed and filled with compressible filler board(silflex Dura board HD 100 og Supreme make or equivalent as approved GE) and providing a back up rod/debonding strip and top 10 mm primed and sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound (polyurethane joint sealant) with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommendation complete all as shown on drawing and specified and directed (including cutting edge of existing pavement for forming expansion joint between existing and new slab if required). Note:- Expansion joints shall be provided at spacing not exceeding 36m, as direced by GE. The expansion joints shall be cut to full depth and shall be formed as described herein above locations directed by GE, if the slabs are casted for longer lengths. The cost of full depth cutting as required for forming expansion Joints at such locations shall also be deemed included in the contractor's quoted rate for above item.

M&L for cutting the edges of any type of joints by racking out old sealing compound from existing joints to Tarmac to full depth as required (avarage depth 35mm) and removing old filled sealing compound from the joints by means of compressed air and filled joints as follows :- Note : (i) The finished level of sealed joints shall be on and avarage 3mm below the top surface of slab pavement contractor quoted rate against Sch shall be deemed to be inclusive of filling of joints 3mm below the surface of concrete pavement. No price adjustment shall be made on this account. Any type of joints i.e. avarage width 30mm depth of 10mm sealing compound, and left filled with baker rod out of avarage 35mm depth) sealing compound shall be BostiK "seal N flex - 1 " or equivalent, single componant Bostik Polyurethane sealant confirmingto BS- 5212 with minimum movement accommodation factor of 30% when tested as per ASTM C-719, The sealent shall have shore a hardness > 25 and elongation at break of grater than 900%. The sealing compound shall be used after application of suitable size baker rod to maintain depth to joints 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters atc on road/pavements exc 10cm width with aqua based road marking paint white or golden yellow in three coats incl. priming coat after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed

Miscellaneous

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, for laying of cables , etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning & filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connecting to the Galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm ( upto 7.5 Mtr long from earth point to test point ) by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and steel Galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore including charcoal dust & common salt laid in alternate layers.
