M&L for servicing of Daikin VRF-III including (outdoor and indoor) at the existing location with suitable electronic machine, cleaning of condenser, cooling coil and other components with approved chemical solution & clean water, greasing of fan, motor, blower,rewinding, assembling, testing and commissioning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and charging of gas R- 410A inside the compressor and testing Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Remote controller for indoor unit as per sample Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of Printed Circuit Board for indoor unit of any capacity and any type including all connected wiring, connectors, adopter etc required at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Printed Circuit Board for indoor unit of any capacity and any type including all connected wiring, connectors, adopter etc required at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in sheet metal encloseure suitable for TPN MCB including 63 amp TPN MCB fixed on wall including necessary connections in the existing cable with gland all. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MCB SP 6 - 32 Amps 230 V including taking down old UNSV MCB Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 pole 200 Amp rotary type 415 volt breaking capacity 36 KA including spreader, phase barrier, rotary handle and taking down old UNSV MCCB Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 160 Amp rotary type breaking capacity 36 KA including spreader, rotary handle, phase barrier including taking down old UNSV MCCB Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Supply and Fixing in replacement Scroll Fix Compressor for outdoor of any capacity as per existing size and model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in replacement inverter Compressor for outdoor of any capacity as per existing size and model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note : (i) The tenderer shall have to replace the U/s material with OEM material only. (ii) In case any accident occur of any Indl like Mechanic/Helper during maintenanc of above mentioned Airconditioner/unit, contractor is liable to pay compensation to the Indl as decided by the competent authority. Department will not be responsible for the same. (iii) If complaint is not attended by contractor with in five hour the penality of Rs 1000/ per hour to be imposed and amount of penality will be deducted from RAR. (iv) The cost of all kind of necessary equipment / T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site, no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (v) Complaint shall be lodged by telephonically ,so contractor to specify the telephone no who will receive the complaint round the clock. After attending the complaint contractor will obtain the signature from rep of User/AGE every day as a token of complaint attended. (vi) Electrician for Electric related issues in VRV system including connected LT panels/circuits provided by contractor.
