Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at place away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the EIC.

Filling Foundation and plinth with Fine course sand of approved quality from approved quarry including watering and ramming with all cost,conveyance,royalty taxes etc.of all materials with all labour T&P required for the work etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 9" thick to the required level including cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials with all taxes and compacting watering curing and all labour with T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the EIC.

R.C.C. of design mix of M25 grade having specified characteristics compressive strength with 12mm size hard black granite chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering, laying and compacting concrete watering, curing for four weeks centering shuttering and finished the exposed surface smooth providing beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all materials, labour T&P articles required for the work etc. complete but excluding cost of bending, binding of M.S. Tor Steel & tying the grills and placing in position as per the specification and direction of the EIC.

Straightening bend up or coiled rods cutting bending, craking, hooking welding or jointing (if required) the M.S.rods or Tor steel and binding wires and binding,tying the grills, hoisting. Lowering and placing in proper position as required for RCC works and for providing cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rods and Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete & as per the specification and direction of the E.I.C.

Well burnt fly ash brick work in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing brick or six hours in water before use in Superstructre with good quality clamp brunt of brick 25cm x 12 cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 35Kg.per cm2 with dimensional tolerance +_ 8%. Including splays cutting circular moulding and similar such type of work with necessary projections, champering and corbelling watering and curing etc. complete including cost,conveyance ,royalty and taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the EIC.

Supplying fitting & fixing tiles make in floors ,trads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 jointed with neat cement slry mixed with watering curing including cost conveyance royality and taxes of all materials labour & T&P required for the work complete as per the EIC.

providing and fixing tiles in dadoes , skirting and rises of stepes on 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing with cost conveyance of all materials, royalty and taxes of all materials with all labour , T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the EIC.

Cement washing one coat with any approved type of shade over on the new plastered surface including cost of all materials labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the EIC

Wall painting 2 coats with weather coat paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint ect complete.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade inculding cost of distemperand labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the directoin of theEIC

Providing , fitting, fixing of PVC Door including all cost of labour T&P hire charges of drilling machine etc complete.bcomplete.

Making R.C.C. jally as per approved design 2.5 cm to 5.00 cm thick and fixing in cement mortar in position after cutting the grooves, etc. complete including cost of all materials as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

C.C. (1:2:4) with12mm size hard granite chips including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, watering, and curing etc complete.
