Material & labour for filtration/dehydration transformer oil of transformer voltage grade 11/0.415 KV, capacity 200 KVA to 3000 KVA indoor/outdoor type, floor mounted in situ till achieve dielectric strength minimum 40 KV at 4mm gap complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for filtration/dehydration transformer oil of Servo Voltage stabilizer, voltage grade 415V of any capacity indoor type, floor mounted in situ till achieve dielectric strength min 40 KV at 4mm gap complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for topping up/replacement of transformer oil with new transformer oil suitable for working voltage 11000 volts grade including necessary dehydration to achieve dielectric strength min 40 KV at 4mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. (Make – GULF/Castrol/ HP /IOC /Savita /Power) Note for above serial item No 1.00 to 3.000 :- (a) New transformer oil to be brought in company sealed ISI marked container with test certificate (b) Filtration /dehydration of transformer oil shall be carried out at the location where transformer is installed and required pipe connection from filter machine to transformer shall be made and rate shall be inclusive of quoted rate. (c) Necessary filter/dehydration plant having pressure gauge, hour meter, temperaturature gauge to be brought at site by contractor and to be kept permanently inside ND (V) till completion of work and rate deemed to be included in the quoted rate. In any condition, in-out of the filter machine during the progress of the work will not be allowed. (d) Transformer oil test report before and after dehydration/ filtration shall be submitted duly authenticated by authorised person .

Material & labour for chemical test of transformer oil of each transformer by taking out at 2.0 ltr container and transporting to APTRANCO LAB at Vijaywada or Visakhapatnam including submission of test report complete all as specified and as directed Note: Cost of container & transportation & lab test shall be inclusive of the quoted rate

Material & labour for testing of transformer 200 KVA to 3000 KVA, 11/0.415 KV at various location by following test for HV & LV complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Insulation Resistance (b) Winding resistance (c) Turn racio (d) Magnetic balance Note: Required testing equipment for transformer test shall be brought by the contractor and rate shall be inclusive of quoted rate

Material & labour for openning of top cover in situ or at workshop by unscrewing all nuts, bolts & washers, daining out transformer oil upto required level and keeping in clean container for repair/replacement of HT/LT bushings, tap changer, physical check of any defects, for lifting of core assy, for cleanning/repair and refixing top cover complete with RC 70 C rubberised cork sheet gusket sheet , existing/new nuts, bolts & washers for transformer indoor/outdoor type, refilling of oil for transformer capacity 200 KVA to 750 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) HT/LT bushings, Studs, tap changers, nuts, bolts & washers required new shall be mesured separately here-in-after (b) Silicon oil proof gusket shall be inclusive of quoted rate

All as per item No 6.00 above but for transformer capacity 1000 KVA to 1600 KVA, 11/0.415 KV

Material & labour for replacement of breather assembly made with polycarbonate base and clear acylic glass of size to accommodate 1.0 kg of silicajel for transformer complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for replacement of transformer temperature gauge dial type having temp range 0 to minimum 120 degree celcius complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for replacement of transformer explosion vent gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for dismantling of HT/LT porcelain insulator after dismantling cables at outside & transformer terminal at inside of transformer for rectification of oil leakage through insulator or for replacement of insulator or for replacement of brass stud by taking out unsv gusket from inside & outside bushing and replacement with RC 70 C rubberised cork sheet gusket of proper thickness, reassemble old/new insulator, brass stud, HT/LT cable connection, HT/LT transformer inside terminal connection to original position complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(a) Opening of top cover measured separately (b) porcelain insulator HT/LT & Brush stud with nuts & bolts required new shall be measured as supply only. (c) Silicon sheet gusket shall be inclusive of quoted rate.

Supply only transformer porcelain bushing outdoor/indoor type suitable for 11 KV grade complete of transformer capacity 200KVA to 3000 KVA, 11/0.415 KV transformer complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Transformer bushings shall be compitable model with make and model of existing transformer)

Supply only transformer porcelain bushing outdoor/indoor type suitable for 1100 volts grade complete of transformer capacity 200KVA to 750 KVA, 11/0.415 KV transformer complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-Transformer bushings shall be compitable model with make and model of existing transformer

Supply only brass stud with accessories suitable for HT 11000 volts grade insulator with con & rubber washer, double Brass nuts & brass washer at both end of stud for Tr cap 200-3000 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only brass stud suitable for LT 1100 volts grade insulator with con & rubber washer, double Brass nuts & brass washer at both end of stud for Tr cap 200-750 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out manually repairable/serviceable transformer of capacity 200-2000 KVA from its position upto road not exc 50 mtr and transportation by vehicle to other location not exc 2 KM inside Dockyard including all cable/earth connections complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Rates for dismentling of HT/LT cable & earthing and reconnection after installation deemed to be included in the quoted rate, (b) Necessary crane for lifting of transformer and vehicle for transportation shall be arranged by the contractor and deemed to be included in the quoted rate

Taking out manually defective transformer of capacity 200-3000 KVA from its position upto road not exc 50 mtr and transportation by vehicle to workshop not exc 25 KM and reinstallation at original position after repair including all cable/earth connections complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Rates for dismentling of HT/LT cable & earthing and reconnection after installation deemed to be included in the quoted rate, (b) Necessary crane for lifting of transformer and vehicle for transportation shall be arranged by the contractor and deemed to be included in the quoted rate

Material & labour for core & chamber cleaning by lifting up carefully transformer core after dismentling carefully terminal connections from core to HT/LT bushings, tap changer assy, drainout all oil and keeping in clean container, flushing with transformer oil for cleaning of core/winding, cleaning of transformer tank by removing all sludges, re-install core with tapchanger, all connection complete all as specified and as directed for the transformer 200 to 3000 KVA, 11/0.415 KV transformer Note:- (a) Opening of top cover, nuts, bolts & washers, HT/LT busings, brash rods, de-hydration/topping up of oil as required, shall be mesured separately under appropriate item, (b) The work shall be carried out inside dockyard, (c) Transformer oil used for flushing shall be retained and re-used vide item No-1, (d) Empty transformer oil containers shall be arranged by the contractor and inclusive of quoted rate.

Material & labour for rewinding of HV/LV coil after lifting up carefully transformer core after dismentling carefully terminal connections from winding to tap changer assy and to HT/LT bushings, drainout all oil and keeping in clean container, dismentling core, dismentling all HT & LT coils from core for rewinding, testing and reassembling complete with HT/LT coils to core, required necessary numax paper insulation, insulating press board, precompressed board off sizes, vernishing, heating to achive insulation level not less than 1000 megaohms at both HT & LT side, core at transformer chamber, tap changer assy, terminal connection, refilling of oil complete for the transformer capacity 200 to 3000 KVA, 11/0.415 KV transformer complete all as specified and as directd. Note:- Opening of top cover, Rewinding of HT/LT coils, transformer oil, nuts, bolts & washers, HT/LT busings, required new mesured separately under appropriate item

Material & labour for rewinding of HT coils suitable for 11000 volts grade with new DPC/super enamelled copper wire having Class-F insulation as per existing size and turns for capacity of transformer 200-3000 KVA complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for dismantling and taking out buchholz relay, overhauling, servicing, cleaning and refixing to transformer original position and testing for proper functioning including complete connection with temperature sensor cable and electric connection complete all as specified and as directed

Periodical servicing of complete transformer at every alternate 3 month by cleaning of complete outside surface, observing any oil leakage from any point, rectify by replacing with suitable RC 70 C rubberised cork sheet gusket to keep the complete outside surface dry complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) Replacement of silicon gusket other than at top cover and bushings shall be carried out and rate shall be inclusive of quoted rate. (ii) Rectification of leakage from top cover and from bushing shall be measured and paid separately in the schedule (iii) Works under warantee period will not be measured in repitation

Material & labour for cleaning & painting of HV terminal box by dismentling of HT 3 core cable connection from transformer HT 11 KV side, cleaning & painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of complete HT cable box inside, cleaning of HT cable kit with suitable cleaning agent, Checking for any loose cable end terminals and replace as necessary and crimping with suitable tools, refixing to transformer, sealing of space between cable and cable box hole using suitable packing material, connection of cable earth terminal to specified point incl testing complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for cleaning & painting of LV terminal box by dismentling of LT 4 core cable connection from transformer LV side, cleaning & painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of complete LV cable box inside, cleaning of all LV cable kit with suitable cleaning agent, Checking for any loose cable end terminals and replace as necessary and crimping with suitable tools, refixing to transformer, sealing of space between cable and cable box hole using suitable media, connection of cable earth terminal to specified point including fixing of required copper strip for LT cable connection testing complete all as specified and as directed Note:- Copper strip shall be measured as supply only

Material & labour for complete painting of transformer outer surface in situ/wksp with one coat of synthetic enamel paint using sprayer for transformer capacity 200-1600 KVA after preliminary preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) During process of painting, transformer will be under shutdown for the period and the rate deemed to be included for running the sprayer machine with alternative arrangement by contractor. (ii) After completion of painting HT/LT outdoor bushing, cable termination jointing, oil inspection glass. Meters and name plates to be made clean using volatile cleaner.

Material & labour for fixing Copper strip of required width & thickness and length, drilling hole to both end according to stud dia, and fixing to LT terminal of Transformer for extension of cable connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix adhesive compurised cut sticker blue back ground with white letter of sticker size 100x200 mm on body of transformer showing Capacity of Transformer in KVA and M/C No complete all as specified and as directed
