Supply and hanging ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep with 30 cm long down rod , 2 Nos. canopy ,3 Nos fan blades and accessories, BEE 3 star rating, ISI marked , with min air delivery of 215 CMM, 330 RPM and connecting up including provision of PVC insulated sheathed round flexible wire with multistranded copper condictor of size 1.50 Sqmm 3 core 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Contractor has to furnished a replacement/rectification warranty against any failure or loss of performance for a period of one year Ceiling Fans from the date of completion of contract.

S&F Exhaust fan 300mm sweep 900 RPM , heavy duty, ISI marked with min air delivey 1140 CMM AC single phase 230/240 volts metal body with louver shutters of suitable size and connecting up including provision of PVC insulated sheathed round flexible wire with multistranded copper condictor of size 1.50 Sqmm 3 core 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i)Contractor has to furnished a replacement/rectification warranty against any failure or loss of performance for a period of one year Exhaust Fans from the date of completion of contract.

S&F40 mm bore galvanized steel tubing, medium grade by cutting holes in brick wall for hanging the ceiling fan. The pipe shall be fixed and the demolished portion shall be made good using cement mortar in 1:3 and cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1. The fan shall be hanged in the tube using clamps and nuts bolts arrangement and the price for the same deems to be included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i)The GI steel tube shall be fixed in such a way that a minimum 1/2'( 6 Inches) is inserted each side of wall. (ii) For quoting rate it should be kept in mind that lenth of pipe in Each job will be approx. 10 feet.

M&L point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, single core, drawn through and including PVC casing and capping not less than 20mm size complete with all fittings and accessories, fixed to walls/ ceiling, including sunk cast type pressed steel terminal boxes 1.25mm thick with 2.2 mm plastic laminated sheet (Hylem) top cover for mounting switches/ regulator etc including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded (green colour) copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, single core, earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for one fan point controlled by one one way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F switch piano, flush button single pole one way 5 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L ceiling rose, surface bakelite, 65mm x50mm three terminals complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting holes inround shape to accommodate exhaust fan 300 mm sweep into exhist brick wall built in CM 1:3 including finishing as per existing white wash/colour wash /cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fan regulator electronic type rotary step, 120/280 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Installation as in repair Inverter type Split AC unit 1.5 Ton capacity indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with 5 star rating and ISEER 4.7 of capacity duly operated on single phase AC supply including necessary interconnected refrigerent copper tubing insulated of required dia & length condence water PVC rigid piping not less than 19mm external dia and 2 mm thick, outer unit stand made out of stain less steel and leakage testing duly filed with CFC free gas for fixing of compressor as upto the required pressure as per manufacturer, directions required civil work ie making hole, PCC work, MS stand/bracket duly painted and connection etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) AC refrigerant should be Non CFC. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inslusive of the cost of pipes, cables for connection of outer door and indoor unit nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (iii) Old unserviceable ACs shall be deposited in AGE E/M store yard by the contractor.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of wall mounted Inverter type Split AC unit 2.00 Ton capacity indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating duly operated on single phase AC supply, includning nacessary interconnected refrigerant copper tubing insulated of required dia and length, condence water PVC rigid piping not less than 19 mm external dia and 2mm thick, outer unit stand made out of stainless steel and leakage testing duly filed with CFC free gas for fixing of compressor as upto the required pressure as per manufacturer directions, required civil work i.e. making hole, PCC work, MS stand/bracket duly painted and connection etc. complete all as directed. M&L sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 6.00 Sqmm (Nominal area) with multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC casing & capping of size not less than 25mm with accessories and earth continuity conductor of single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable 6.0 Sqmm (Nominal area) with multistranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (SR = 50 RM and Mino r= 38 RM) Note:- (i) Two run of wiring cable, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC casing & capping shall be measured as one unit.

S&F as in repair for single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with two pin earth plug and socket complete including one double pole MCB 32 Amps cappacity all as specified and directed. (SR = 13 and Minor = 1)

Supply only extension board having 3 Nos 15A switch socket combination and 6 Nos. 5 A switch socket combination and 1 no. MCB SPN 40 A with 20 RM unarmoured cable 6 sqmm 3 core copper wire with 15 Amps plug top complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled designed for input voltage variation between 130V to 250V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of + 2.5%, capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.
