Operation and Maintenance of Electrical Installations at 33kV Main Receiving Station (MRS), 11 kV DG Yard, Air Traffic Control (ATC) building and allied works at Kannur International Airport Ltd (KIAL).

Amount

(i) Operation and day to day maintenance of all Electrical and Mechanical installations related to 33 kV indoor Main Receiving Station of Kannur International Airport for all days including Sundays and holidays, round the clock as per the special conditions, scope of work, and other contract terms and conditions of contract etc. complete as required by deploying adequate manpower and all as directed by Engineer in Charge (EIC). (ii) Weekly maintenance and preventive checking of all electrical installations of following installations including parts replacement as per the special conditions, scope of work, and other contract terms and conditions etc. complete as required including manpower deployment. (all spares in KIAL scope) A- Aviation Obstruction Light (AOL) at Peralimala Hills. (13 KM from Airport) B- Aviation Obstruction Light (AOL) at Edavelikkal Hills. (5 Km from Airport) C- National Flag mast at Airport. (iii)Operation and day to day maintenance of all Electrical and Mechanical installations related to DG yard of Kannur International Airport for all days including Sundays and holidays, round the clock as per the special conditions, scope of work, and other contract terms and conditions of contract etc. complete as required by deploying adequate manpower and all as directed by Engineer in Charge (EIC). (iv)Operation and day to day maintenance of all Electrical and Mechanical installations related to Air Traffic Control(ATC) building of Kannur International Airport for all days including Sundays and holidays, round the clock as per the special conditions, scope of work, and other contract terms and conditions of contract etc. complete as required by deploying adequate manpower and all as directed by Engineer in Charge (EIC). (v) Operation and day to day maintenance of all Electrical and Mechanical installations of pump house including Hydro Pneumatic system (HNS), at Kannur International Airport for all days including Sundays and holidays, round the clock as per the special conditions, scope of work, and other contract terms and conditions of contract etc. complete as required by deploying adequate manpower and all as directed by Engineer in Charge (EIC). (vi) Operation and day to day maintenance of all high masts and street lights installed in the city side of Kannur International Airport for all days including Sundays and holidays. (vii )Maintenance of electrical installations of ancillary buildings including service block 1&2, police station,STP building, 1no. 400 KVA,11KV/415 V dry type outdoor transformer, LT panels and power supply distribution for feeding power to advertisement boards, which are located in the city side of Kannur International Airport for all days including Sundays and holidays. (viii) Miscellaneous maintenance works ( Internal electrification of STP,Dog kennel and Fire Fighting system of service block 1&2 etc.) (ix) Maintenanace of all the HT & LT cables at city side.

Dehydration and filtration of Transformer oil till break down voltage (BDV) achieve desired value, conducting acidity test, submission of report for the following Transformers including topping up the Transformer oil, cleaning, tightness of bolts and nuts etc. as required. BDV report of Transformer oil shall be taken and submitted before and after filtration. Calibration certificate or BDV test kit shall be furnished from an approved laboratory.

11/0.415kV, 250 kVA, make: Unipower system, Outdoor Transformer Qty of oil- 311 Ltrs.(Total 3 years =3 Jobs)

Supply of new Transformer oil, duly filtered, for topping up in the above transformers, as required.

Carrying out BDV and acidity test of Transformer oil sample taken at top and bottom level of Transformer and submission of test report etc. as required. (Each job means top and bottom sample result for one transformer). BDV test shall be carried out from a NABL accredited laboratory.(Total 3 trfr-for each trfr 1 job per year,Total 3 years*3 =9 Jobs)

Annual servicing of VCBs/ACBs/CSSs by OEM/ Authorized service dealers of OEM including 1 (yearly) mandatory visit by the service Engineer, carrying out the preventive checks as per OEMs recommendation and attending breakdown as and when required. Over hauling of VCBs/ACBs/CSSs to be done in the yearly visit in line with special conditions of contract. Spare if any required shall be provided by Kannur Airport. (1 visit of each VCBs/ACBs/CSS including overhauling shall consist of 1 job) .

Attending breakdown of the above mentioned CSS (item no-4.13) as and when required

Testing, calibration of relays (as per Annexure-L) provided on the 33kV and 11kV VCB,ACB,CSS by secondary injection method with suitable valid calibrated test kit in line with Kerala State Electrical Inspectorate guidelines including submission of calibration of report etc. as required. The calibration shall be carried out through KSEBL(for the list of relays attached ,1 job per year)

Providing of 1 Multi Utility Vehicle (MUV), Air conditioned, with Driver (General Shift), fuel and consumables for 3000km per month including Sundays and holydays for carrying out periodic inspection of various installations covered under the contract and other maintenance co-ordination works as per special conditions of contract etc. complete as required.
